Terms and Conditions

• KlookCash cannot be used at checkout for purchasing this activity.
• Each electronic ticket is subject to a HK$12 platform handling fee.
• A maximum of four tickets may be purchased per transaction.
• The Organiser reserves the right to require entrants to produce original valid identification (including Hong Kong Identity Card or passport) for identity verification. Copies of any form of identification document will not be accepted. The name of the participant registered will be based on Klook system records. In case of any disputes, the decision of Klook and InfiniteOne by G Music (HK) Limited shall be final.

  General Terms

• The organizer of this event is G Music (HK) Limited ("the Organizer"). InfiniteOne is a brand wholly owned by G Music (HK).
• In case of any dispute, the Organizer reserves the right of final decision.
• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region ("Hong Kong"). Ticket purchasers, ticket holders, and attendees agree to be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.

  A. Ticket and Entry Requirements

• Attendees must hold valid tickets to enter the event venue, and each person is limited to one ticket. All attendees must comply with the specific terms and restrictions of this event and venue, including but not limited to age restrictions, conduct regulations, and prohibited items. In case of any violation, venue staff reserve the right to refuse entry or request departure.
• This event is only open to individuals aged 6 or above with valid identification documents. Each electronic ticket is linked to a personal name. Venue staff reserve the right to check attendees' identification documents to verify age and identity. If verification fails, venue staff reserve the right to refuse entry.
• Details regarding VIP ticket exclusive benefits and lottery activities (if any) will be announced separately before the event. Please closely monitor the Organizer's social media for the latest announcements.
• Ticket holders must be seated according to the row and seat number on their event ticket. The Organizer reserves the right to determine the time and manner of entry for ticket holders. Ticket holders should follow the instructions and arrangements of the Organizer and/or venue staff when entering.

  B. Ticket Validity and Resale Regulations

• Once the ticket purchase process is completed and the ticket is sold, no refunds or exchanges will be provided. Personal information linked to tickets cannot be changed after completing the purchase process. Ticket purchasers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information provided. The Organizer will not provide any compensation or refund for tickets that cannot be used due to incorrect ticket-linked information or the purchaser's inability to attend.
• Event ticket information and entry confirmation codes (if any) become invalid once deleted, modified, or tampered with. The Organizer will not be responsible for or reissue tickets in cases of loss, damage, alteration, forgery, theft, fraud, or unauthorized use. Any photocopies are considered invalid. In case of any dispute, the Organizer's records shall prevail and the Organizer has the final decision.
• If the Organizer discovers or suspects anyone of reselling event tickets or engaging in any illegal activities (including but not limited to identity theft or forgery of identification documents), the Organizer reserves the right to cancel the relevant person's ticket purchase and/or entry qualification, and to cancel the related tickets. The Organizer also reserves the right to take legal action. Persons whose purchase and/or entry qualification has been canceled will not be able to enter the venue, and the canceled tickets will be invalidated. All ticket fees that have been paid, including handling fees, will not be refunded.

  C. Performance Changes and Cancellation

• The Organizer reserves the right to change the content of this event, including but not limited to the performer lineup and program flow, without providing refunds or exchanges. The Organizer has the right to change or delay the event date, cancel the event, or reassign or adjust seating at any time, without being responsible for any disappointment, inconvenience, loss, or damage to the persons concerned. In case of any dispute, the decision made by the Organizer is final.
• If a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or a Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is hoisted four hours before the event start time, or if the event needs to be canceled or rescheduled for any reason, please refer to the latest announcements on the Organizer's website and/or social media.

  D. Venue Regulations and Prohibited Items

• Ticket holders must comply with Hong Kong laws, the Organizer's and venue's safety guidelines, venue rules, and instructions from the Organizer and venue staff. Attendees should be mindful of their personal safety and avoid any dangerous or unsafe behavior in the venue. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to or request the departure of any ticket holder who fails to comply with relevant regulations. In case of any emergency, attendees should immediately seek assistance from staff.
• Photography and recording are not permitted inside the event venue. Except for authorized personnel, all persons are strictly prohibited from bringing professional photography and recording equipment into the venue.
• Smoking, eating, drinking, audio recording, photography, or video recording are strictly prohibited inside the event venue. It is also forbidden to bring dangerous items such as glass bottles, metal tools, flammable items, laser pointers, floating balloons, or metal balloons into the event venue.
• No person may bring any animals into the event venue (except guide dogs with prior written consent from the venue).
• To avoid disrupting the event, please turn off alarms and mobile phone notification sounds during the event.
• It is strictly prohibited to bring into the venue any objects that affect or obstruct others' views and enjoyment of the event, including but not limited to handbags/backpacks larger than 38×30×20 cm, light boards, large support boards (support boards brought into the venue must not exceed 38x30x20 cm), selfie sticks, balloons, flags, long umbrellas, and stools. The Organizer reserves the right to confiscate such items until the end of the event. If you discover that you have any of these restricted items before entry, please make your own arrangements.
• If any person violates these terms and conditions, violates the Organizer's and/or venue rules, harasses others, or engages in any behavior deemed inappropriate by the Organizer, the Organizer reserves the right to request that the person leave the venue immediately, without providing any compensation or refund.

  E. Image Rights and Intellectual Property

• The event may be photographed and recorded by the Organizer or COVER Corporation. The Organizer and COVER Corporation reserve the right to broadcast or publish the content on television and other media deemed appropriate worldwide, and/or in any other form. All intellectual property rights related to this event, including but not limited to intellectual property rights and all other rights of live recordings and/or audiovisual productions recorded during the related process, are permanently owned by the Organizer and COVER Corporation. By entering the event venue, ticket holders consent to being recorded or photographed and irrevocably waive all existing and future rights related to the audiovisual recordings of the event and/or its related processes.

  F. Disclaimer and Other

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Organizer will not be responsible for any direct or indirect injury, damage, loss, expense, accident, delay, or inconvenience to ticket holders or others resulting from participation in this event or its related processes, acceptance or use of souvenirs (if any), or participation in any activities related to souvenirs (if any).
• Persons purchasing event tickets, ticket holders, and attendees agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and all applicable regulations related to this event. The Organizer reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice. If there are any updates or modifications, the relevant terms will take effect immediately after being published on the Organizer's website and/or social media. In case of any dispute, the Organizer will have the final and binding decision.
