Staff was kind enough to let us have early in and late out, they even kindly booked a taxi for us on the way to airport when we cannot book uber. Please give them bonus they are the best. Seemless check-in and check-out process. The hotel location was also very helpful and ideal. Subway station is just infront of the hotel. Bus stations are also nearby. Room was always kept clean by the cleaning staff. Would definitely stay here again for another Korea trip

This is a wonderful hotel to stay in,especially if you want the traditional Korean culture vibe with a touch of modern vibe. It is located near bus and metro stops. The airport bus stops almost right in front of the hotel door. Breakfast was wonderful and the bed was comfortable. The rooms were quiet and facilities were very good. I will definitely be staying there again when I go back to Seoul.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay! The location is incredibly convenient—right in the heart of Seoul and just a short walk from City Hall station. It made getting around the city super easy, especially for first-time visitors like us. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay after long days of sightseeing. We especially appreciated the comfortable beds and how quiet the rooms were despite being in such a central area. Checking in and out was smooth, and the service felt very professional. We also loved that there were convenience stores, cafés, and restaurants nearby, and major attractions were within walking distance. Overall, Koreana Hotel was a perfect choice for our group trip. We’d definitely stay here again!
