My stay at the Holiday Inn in Chelsea, New York was fantastic! The location couldn’t be better — it’s right in the heart of Manhattan, close to the subway, shops, and great local restaurants. The neighborhood felt safe and lively, making it easy to explore the city on foot.
The room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet given the central location. I especially appreciated the cozy bed and city view from my window. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful — they greeted me with a smile every time and were quick to assist with directions and local tips.
Breakfast was fresh and hearty, with a good variety of options to start the day. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money and a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel right at home in NYC.
I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Manhattan, especially those who want a convenient base with warm service and reliable comfort.

We stayed for 3 nights. room is clean, breakfast is fine. Daily supplies missed 1-2 days to provide ie soap, tissue napkin, water bottle
