We were upgraded directly and for free! The overall design is great, the cleaning service was excellent, the customer service staff were friendly, and the privacy was very well-maintained.

Very cost efficient hotel options, 6 min walk to closest subway station. Room was comfortable and relaxing after a long day walking. Front desk folks were very kind. Breakfast was great, and excellent selection each morning and very efficient! The elevators get congested in the morning, but didn't take too much longer. We really appreciated luggage storage both before and after checkin so we could go around without being weighed down by a suitcase! Would stay again 👍

conveniently located just beside busan train station, nearby there's chinatown and many food options. spacious and comfortable room, bidet toilet with basic amenities, except fyi there's no brush, disposable shaver or cotton bud. few stops away to seomyeon shopping district.

The facilities are great, clean, and well-maintained, which was nice. There's even a washing machine, so it would be good for longer stays. It's easily accessible and convenient for nearby amenities. Perfect as a base for traveling in Busan. Highly recommended, you'll be satisfied.

The transportation is very convenient, and the hotel is quite clean. If you need housekeeping, just let them know before noon each day, and they'll come to clean. Even if you don't request cleaning, they'll still provide fresh towels, which is a nice touch.

The hotel is in a really convenient location, right near Bupyeong (Kkangtong) Market, and surrounded by tons of shops. You can find pretty much anything you want to eat. It's also within walking distance of Jagalchi Fish Market, Lotte Department Store, and Busan Tower.

Location is literally right beside the Busan Station. I booked the room a few hours ahead and got a great deal! The room is clean and perfect.
