After crossing the border at 蓮塘口岸 , it takes around 30 to 40 minutes by taxi to get to the hotel. There isn't much nearby in terms of food options, so you can either eat at the hotel or order takeaway. The hotel itself had plenty of facilities to entertain children, including a small indoor playroom, another indoor area with a pebble sandpit, an outdoor heated pool, and outdoor park. I went with three children for two days and they had a lot of fun. The amenities in the room were basic and there was no children's potty or stepping stool. Children's toothbrush was provided though. All in all, it was cost effective and I would return.

The hotel rooms have open and expansive views. The facilities and amenities are of a high standard. The M show in the evening is absolutely wonderful and should not be missed.

A truly wonderful experience. However, I could only upload a few photos because my husband doesn't want us to be visible on the internet. Here's a breakdown of the experience: The hotel is very large and beautiful. The room had an extremely beautiful ocean view, and the children were so excited, saying they never wanted to leave. The service was excellent. There are many activities suitable for children. Other activities include the beach, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and hot spring pools. The kids were overjoyed. The travel photography was also very professional. The photos look like they were taken in the Maldives. The food, especially the buffet dinner, was very delicious, with fresh and high-quality ingredients. My child and I enjoyed it to the fullest for two hours. We also received a New Year's fruit platter from the hotel, which was very thoughtful and considerate. My husband thinks the only downside is that there are no shopping malls nearby. If meals aren't included, you can only eat McDonald's or steamed buns and rice noodle rolls. I think it's odd that you can't rent a simple little swimming ring for children to use in the swimming and hot spring areas. Although there are many places to buy them nearby, it's not very environmentally friendly for tourists. And renting a large swimming ring is only allowed outdoors and costs fifty yuan, which is unnecessary. Also, it would be better if sunscreen were provided. We didn't expect the beach to be so hot in the winter. We originally wanted to walk around more, but we didn't have sunscreen, so we didn't go, which was a bit of a shame. Also, the hotel is relatively far from the city center, and because it was Chinese New Year, there may have been fewer delivery drivers, so even takeout or online shopping took more than half an hour to be delivered. But the good outweighs the bad. Our family thinks this was a wonderful experience, even though it was a bit expensive. We hope to come again, preferably with a more cost-effective package.

This time the hotel experience was very good. It's really convenient to take the subway from the Liantang Port for a dozen stops to Exit C and walk a few minutes to the hotel. The hotel is older than I imagined, but it has been renovated. The rooms are super large and the bathroom is also very large, clean and hygienic. The hotel arranged for us a balcony room overlooking the beach, the view was not bad. The buffet dinner was just average, the hot pot was good. The breakfast in the morning was good, with a lot of food. There are many small shops around the hotel to eat. It's really convenient to go to Warehouse No. 8, which is just a few minutes' walk to the outlet. And it's very convenient for late-night snacks... I would come again if I have the chance.

The family suite was great, and the 180-degree sea view balcony was perfect for photos. The hotel service was excellent, and the ladies at the kids' club were all very nice. My baby loved it, especially Sunny. The photos from the Anman travel photography included with the suite were also fantastic, and the photography service was great. They even rescheduled our session after we missed our appointment on the first day.

The staff is polite, and they offered a complimentary upgrade to an ocean-view room with a beautiful sunrise view. They allowed a late check-out until 2 PM and provide a shuttle to InterContinental Beach. The hotel includes a buffet breakfast, and you can choose between a Chinese dinner and a Japanese set menu, which is a great value. Highly recommended hotel, very good.
