It was good and clean! Little bit far from the city centre. Towels are provided for free. Kind staff. They offer laundry service for a fee.

A great hotel with excellent overall service. I don't speak English, but the front desk staff, Man Man, made an effort to speak Chinese and communicate with me. The breakfast was also very plentiful, with a variety of special delicacies. There were also many kinds of cakes and fruits. The room was very spacious and offered a beautiful view while soaking in the hot spring. The room key only allows access to your own floor, so the security is very sufficient. You can also purchase tickets to the water park, making it a great place to bring children to play.

Me and my family especially my children had a blast in this hotel. They have very nice amenities and pool which we all loved!

It felt more like a comfortable pension than a hotel. It was convenient to have household items. It was convenient to be able to buy detergent and use the washing machine.

Everything was great and perfect for families.
