We arrived at 9:10 AM, about a 40-minute Grab taxi ride from Sanur. I didn't realize it was in Kuta, but it was perfect for a day of water fun with the family. My 6th-grade son took a surfing class, and there were so many exciting activities that we had a blast. It's similar to Korea's Caribbean Bay, but not as large. We actually preferred the smaller size because it made navigating easier. Please note that outside food is not allowed when entering! However, you can always find it again when you leave. The staff were very friendly, and the locker rooms were clean and nice. The staff also clean the restrooms very frequently to prevent guests from slipping! Even if you're not visiting with children, Waterbom Bali won't disappoint! Highly recommended! It's best to book in advance and download your voucher. Any remaining balance from food or class fees paid inside will be fully refunded when you leave.

highly recommended for full cultural experince, we just regretted that we only got to spend few hours and if we only knew that tey have variety of cultural shows, we could have stayed longer, must visit when in Bali

It was an amazing experience! We (a huge family of 16) booked for a 5.30pm slot and it was just perfect. We had time to take beautiful sunset photos as we requested the food to be served at 6pm. Staff were very friendly and warm, even helped to take photos. The food served was delicious too. Highly recommended.

We had fun! The food was great overall, though the steak and Caesar salad weren’t really to our liking. But the bloody mary pasta and wagyu were perfect!

We had a very good instructor! My son had never surfed before! This was his first experience. On his very first try, my son was able to stay on the waves by himself. A big thank you to the instructor. We were a little late, but our agent wrote that they were waiting for us and we could still come. Thank you to the company for that ❤️

One of the best decision in our trip is to book The Edge. It is worth it! Happy hearts and tummy full. We were able to take home, 2 pizza, 1 baby back rib, 1 nasi goreng, 2 barbecue corn. We will definitely go back!

We had a wonderful time in a superb location. If you're bringing children to the pool, I believe it's free to use between 2 PM and 5 PM. However, our family wanted to fully enjoy both the pool and afternoon tea, so we arrived around 10 AM. We paid an additional fee (Rp650k per person) at the beach club to use the pool. At this beach club, you can also order food and drinks that are covered by the fee. Considering we also had afternoon tea, we didn't eat too much, but the children seemed to have a great time enjoying the pool. While afternoon tea alone might feel more affordable, our family was very satisfied with being able to enjoy the beach club in this location, even with the extra charge. Next time, I'd love to stay overnight.

We bought a package B but ended with multiples xtra rides for our family. Price is reasonable and all the rides are well recommended to try. Thank you to our driver, Mr Nyoman Arta for his kind heart for letting my family to enjoy to the fullest. His patience is much appreciated. Its my daughter's first time doing the Sea Walking. She has been well taken care of by the staffs during the whole process. Salute to the jetski instructor who lead my daughter to her extreme rides. Because of his skills that made my daughter requested to ride the jetski again and again. Look for Pak Wina when you get there. He will attend to you responsively. very good value for money, you can choose your preferred oil, private room for 2 with bath tub and shower. i could have preferred a hard massage but was satisfied after the session though i can feel that the masseuse is already tired, she still did her best. they also dropped us at the airport aftrler we enjoyed the free tea and cookies
