Handara Iconic Gate tours

The weather was not good during the day of our tour, but despite that, we still enjoyed the experience. It was quite a long drive from Ubud, about 3 hours. It was raining when we arrived at the parking and didn’t stop for the whole trekking. It may be frustrating for some visitors, but we still enjoyed it and made our trip unforgettable. We first reached Fiji waterfall and Sekumpul waterfall next. Due to the bad weather, the current was quite strong and so we did not have the opportunity to stay long and swim. But both waterfalls were beautiful and breathtaking. We would love to come back again and hopefully in a nicer weather. There was cliff jumping but we skipped that because the current was strong. However, we tried the water slide, which we enjoyed so much. Thanks to Dodi, our chill and fun tourguide. Along the way also is the beautiful Fiji Rice Terraces. After the trek, we were served a simple yet delicious lunch prepared by a local family residing in that area. After the waterfalls, we went to Wiwanda Agro for unlimited strawberry picking. Aside from that, they served us fresh strawberry juice. We skipped Handara Gate because we were so tired. Instead, we went to a local warung for dinner which was recommended by our friendly driver Jhony. We also had few short stopovers along the way. Indeed, North Bali is a very beautiful place. A definite must see and visit when you’re travelling to Bali.

guide: Made Suni, our guide was great, he took the time to explain to us things we saw on the way to the attractions, answered all our questions and shared some great local music with us too. He was friendly and waited patiently for us. We’re very slow explorers and we ate slowly too but we never felt rushed at all throughout the whole tour. He also navigates really well without a GPS which we were so impressed by. He also takes great photos. He was a great tour guide! ^_^ group size: Small, depends on how many people you booked for. itinerary: It was a good mixture of culture and nature. Lunch was delicious with a very amazing view. attractions on the way: Local houses and beautiful temples. There are also many dogs, cats and a monkey forest along the way!

January 1, 2026, for 2 people. Meet at 3:30 AM at the Ubud accommodation and depart. Arrive at 6 AM and wait about 10 minutes before boarding the boat. If dolphins are spotted, all the captains follow them. You have to hope the dolphins pass by your boat. Fortunately, they passed by our boat twice. Snorkeling time is from 8 AM, but it only lasts for 1 hour ㅠ. It was the rainy season, but the sea was clear. The captain sprinkled breadcrumbs, so we saw a lot of fish. The toilet and shower are combined, and the cleanliness isn't great as it's only water cleaning. 5k per person, no time limit. Moving for about 30 minutes to Gitgit Waterfall, it's not really necessary to add it. The driver will guide you to the entrance, and you have to look around on your own.

We had a wonderful trip with Mr. Gunawan. The car was always clean and tidy, and he thoughtfully provided water bottles throughout the journey. He recommended all the right places and made our trip extremely comfortable and hassle free, we didn’t have to wait in long queues anywhere. The views throughout the trip were absolutely breathtaking. Mr. Gunawan even helped us with money exchange, which was very kind and helpful. The highlight of the trip was visiting Ulun Danu Beratan Temple and Tanah Lot Temple. The rice fields were stunning, and he also took us to a beautiful rice terrace view restaurant with an amazing atmosphere and scenery. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bali!

This is a fantastic tour. We reserved a private tour, so we don’t have to share the car with others. The driver, Hendra is very patient and gives many good advices. He arranged every activities timely and is an excellent photographer! The most important thing is safety. He has a good driving attitude.

This trip conducted by our guide Popo was excellent. He is very attentive to our needs and knowledgeable about Balinese culture. He has also brought us to extra places along the way to take a look which is Excellent and a nice bonus ☺️ I definitely highly recommend this tour operator!!!

Yasa was a great guide. The ride was a bit challenging if you are a novice, but Yasa was patient and encouraging. The views were excellent, lunch was delicious and the day was a great success.

Hands down the best island tour in Bali, big thanks to ADEN & JENA! Adam’s photography is fantastic. He picked great angles for cliffs and sunsets, and took beautiful couple shots for our birthday trip. We love all the precious photos he captured. Jena gave very professional snorkeling guidance. He explained safety rules clearly, checked our gear carefully, and escorted us in the water to swim safely with manta rays. The luxury yacht trip was wonderful. All entrance fees, snorkeling gear, meals and insurance are covered. The extra hidden sunset viewpoint gave amazing views. Transfers were on time and everything was well arranged.
