The driver and tour guide (a friendly young man and young lady) were absolutely wonderful!They greeted us with warm smiles and enthusiastically outlined the itinerary upon meeting. The driver drove with exceptional care,ensuring a smooth and safe journey. When it rained during the trip, they proactively offered us umbrellas and patiently took photos and videos for us throughout the trip,capturing every memorable moment. Their kindness made us feel the genuine warmth of Indonesian hospitality. We’re truly grateful to them—we never imagined we’d encounter such thoughtful and professional guides! Our Mt. Batur jeep tour was the absolute highlight of our trip! Everything was perfectly organized, but what truly made the experience exceptional was our driver, Oman. He was incredibly kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable throughout the entire journey.On top of being a fantastic driver, Oman is an amazing photographer! He knew all the best angles and spots to capture the perfect sunrise shots, leaving us with beautiful memories that will last a lifetime. If you are planning a trip to Mt. Batur, we highly recommend booking this tour and asking for Oman!

The driver arrived timely at 2am. They communicate via WhatsApp too. Young driver and good skills! The issue was only the car which was infested with cockroaches.. killed a few and quite annoying! The transfer for the jeep ride was also smooth. Toilets which are available belongs to residents in the area which were old sch & filthy. I controlled my bladder till we reached the cafe abt 7hrs later. Many other drivers dbl up as photographers clicking more than 100+ shots. Ours we had few picts taken during sunrise & more were captured at the black lava. The weather was chilling while waiting for sunrise abt 2hrs. Better to bring shawl or jackets! The view was great. A resident there at the point sells cup noodles etc to warm yourselves! Throughout the trip it was as advertised! Sceneries were awesome! Reached our hotel abt 2pm! Should try it at least once for the experience.

We had an amazing time and this is definitely a must-do experience when visiting Mount Batur. The jeep tour was fantastic, and our driver, Suda, was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make the trip memorable. He even took some incredible photos for our family that we’ll treasure for years to come. Thank you for such a wonderful trip and for making it a truly special day for our family. itinerary: The driver Pak Eri is very kind to WhatsApp me a day before and provide the itinerary for the next day. We enjoyed the coffee plantation, paper hill cafe and the awesome jeep tour guide: Mr Mad dwi our jeep driver is very good in driving jeep with safety.
