During the trip, I found out that the museum was closed; why they sold the tour without knowing that the museum was closed that day is not clear. I didn't receive any messages by email. Be prepared that this is just a transfer from point to point, the driver is pleasant, tried to be helpful, but does not speak English. The route itself was interesting and beautiful, with the exception of the studio with photo areas. And although the sakura had not yet fully bloomed, the driver took us to beautiful places, left us at beautiful points if we asked, overall the impressions of the tour were good. it was a mini-group in a comfortable mini/bus. Our group was friendly and fun

I joined a private tour today — and it ended up being a truly private one, just me and my guide, June! June was incredibly kind, fun, and full of great energy. We had such a great time chatting, especially about BTS (ARMY moments everywhere 💜), and she shared so much insightful information about Jeju throughout the tour. I felt so comfortable the whole day, like hanging out with a friend who knows all the best local secrets. If you’re looking for a meaningful and relaxed way to explore Jeju, I highly recommend this tour — and ask for June if you can!

We had an amazing time on the tour! Our guide, Nancy, was super friendly and helpful. She had really great stories and insight throughout the day. We had rainy weather in the morning but Nancy rearranged the trip so that we could see the observatory when it was sunnier. The food in the Unification Village was great and really cheap too for all you can eat ($8). We also had the opportunity to ride the gondola and it was only $7. I'm really glad that we booked the tour and Nancy was the best guide that we could ask for. I would highly recommend it.

PLK was very communicative when our boat voyage portion was canceled and the quickly offered an alternative (suspension bridge). We still enjoyed the tour nonetheless and our tour guide Paul made the experience worth it! He weaved in personal anecdotes, jokes, and history smoothly, while allowing us adequate time at each stop. We never felt rushed and always had time for pictures and the restroom. Food was great as well! Thank you for the amazing experience. Highly recommend! Thank you again and go team Paul!!

Kenny is hands down the best guide you could ask for. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, funny, and genuinely passionate about Korean history. He made every stop meaningful and kept the group engaged the entire time. The tour was smooth, well-organized, and unforgettable—thanks to Kenny. Highly recommend!

The tour was amazing from start to finish. We received clear instructions and directions before the tour date, which made everything easy and stress-free. Our English-speaking guide, Cecilia, was fantastic—so nice, knowledgeable, and sweet. She made the experience even more memorable with her insights and warm personality. Highly recommended!

Great experience with SP guide and interview with Miss Cho. The advantage of this tour is the North Korean interview. It is mandatory to have a tour guide to enter the DMZ. I did mine while the JSA was closed. I think it's more enjoyable with the JSA open.
