The room has a great atmosphere and a beautiful view. The breakfast is excellent with a wide variety of options. However, the hotel doesn't clean the windows, and the sink has stains. You have to go down to the lobby to get a toothbrush.

breakfast: The breakfast selection was a bit limited, but everything was delicious. Loved the pancakes!
hotel location: Super convenient location, close to everything.

Great hotel with great facilities, 20 minutes to Bangsaen and 30 minutes to Pattaya, area nearby has many restaurants and good seafood.

Everything was great, except for the following: Service: Check-in took over 2 hours. We had to queue at the check-in counter with a line of at least 50 people. Breakfast: When the food ran out, it wasn't replenished. It was simply gone.

I stayed here for 2 nights cause it was easy to book a Grab going to Khao Kheow Zoo and I am so pleased with my stay. Great Value for money plus the staff was very attentive and helpful. Clean and spacious room. It's not a 5 star hotel so make sure to manage your expectations. For a budget friendly hotel it is definitely worth it. I will consider staying here again!

This hotel is very good. Overall, it is very good and the location is very good. However, you have to queue for breakfast during holidays. The restaurant is very chaotic and it feels like a war.
