Jungfraujoch tours

On 7th of October, I went a trip from Zurich to Jungfraujoch via Keytours, and I was very satisfied with that. The weather was also great, so we were able to enjoy the fantastic view of Jungfraujoch 200%! Especially I really appreciated Yanis, the Best driver & tour guide for his hard work. He took a good care of all the participants all the time. For example, when we came down from the Jungfraujoch, the cable car was broken temporarily. But we were OK because he let us know how we could find another way to come down by train. (People might be in a panic without his support.) Thank you Keytours & Yanis again, and hopefully see you soon again. :)

This tour exceeded our expectations in every way. From the easy 15-minute walk from our Lucerne hotel to the pickup point, to the outstanding guidance provided by Adela and her team, every aspect of the day trip was well-organized and enjoyable. We appreciated the feedback from previous customers regarding altitude sickness, which prompted us to take preventative measures, such as drinking warm herbal teas, to ensure a comfortable journey.

I thoroughly enjoyed the experience my family and I had with our tour guide, Gabrielle (hope I got his name right)! Not only was he knowledgable, he was funny and always gave a warm smile. IMO, the tour is a little expensive for what it is, as it is a short trip, and you can easily get tickets and go by yourself of 1/4 of the price. However, being with family, they prefer having a guide around as it is fuss free. The city is small & there is little to do but a lot to see. it is beautiful hence half day may be enough!

it's quite fun, the tour leader, Alex was absolutely perfect doing his jobs, he will explain everything clearly, tell a bit story about the region and will make sure you enjoy your trip. they will give you freedom to choose, what kind of activity you want to do.

yeah. I know this is actually a bit expensive. but I do enjoy the train and como. the time staying in st. Saint Moritz is actually only for lunch🤣🤣 and full of luxury there!! but the train is soooo great but that’s NOT the one famous with the whole window one, just the normal one.

The meeting point is at the Bus Station. There will be many companies departing on that day. Just ask (show the phone screen). If it is the correct company, the name of the order will be there, so it won’t be difficult to find. The trip was very good. The tour guide will help you buy the cable car ticket (201 francs is already included in this package) and tell you what time to take the cable car down the mountain. Basically, there is enough time and you can take pictures of various attractions (the classic Swiss flag). The temperature on the mountain in early February was -14 degrees, so remember to wear snow-grade equipment. We will stay in Interlaken later, so we will have enough time to explore the local area. The tour guide is great and will use WhatsApp to contact everyone, but the tour guide will not take the cable car up. Just take a quick look at other people's sharing introductions and you can collect every bit of fun. I highly recommend this trip.

I would like to highlight Isa for her professionalism, friendly, caring spirits towards the team. Isa is a Chinese English speaking tour guide. A great tour guide I ever met so far. I truly understand that taking care for the whole team is not easy, but with her experiences and the approachable attitudes, she wins my heart. You will understand better with her wide knowledges about the Switzerland and the mountains. If you have a opportunity please do not forget about to appoint Isa as your tour leader. Long story short, this package is worthy !

very convenient way of purchasing the tour. tour is half day and is perfect for the small town Annecy touring. nice and comfy bus ride. humorous tour guide. wonderful experience. so glad weather was good too.
