Overall a pleasant experience on the tour, safe and smooth trip despite some miscomm between the klook system and local operator. Paid a little more for an English speaking guide and was hoping for more explanation on the city in English so my child could understand. Nevertheless the guide was very helpful.

Booking tours through Klook saves you the hassle of transportation and a lot of walking – super convenient! The tour guide provided attentive explanations 👍. Both the Movie Town and Zhujiajiao Water Town are well worth visiting, it’s just a shame we didn't have enough time to explore! 😆

We experienced a lovely half day tour of the Watertown ZhuJiaJiao with a wonderful tour guide Ming. Ming met us on time in our hotel lobby and the ride provided was spacious and comfortable. On the way to our destination Ming also shared with us valuable information about the history of local attractions as well as about ZhuJiaJiao. Everything was fuss free and quick and lunch as recommended and booked by Ming was awesome too. Ming took great care of us and our son loved him!! Highly recommended to book this private tour!

Our tour guide at Zhujiajiao was excellent! They were very knowledgeable about the history and culture of the ancient water town, and shared many interesting stories about the bridges and old buildings. The pace of the tour was just right, relaxing but informative. The guide was also very friendly and helpful, giving us great tips on where to try local snacks and take beautiful photos. We really enjoyed the experience!

We had an extremely great time with Kalvin! He is very knowledgeable and he makes me so intrigued with China history! He also took really good care of us and brought us to a very nice restaurant for lunch and gave us additional food recommendations which is a life saver. I also love that Alana texted us beforehand and introduced who our guide gonna be and arranged for the pick up to be at our hotel! Driver also drove really safe throughout the entire journey, a very polite chap. Definitely money worthwhile and Zhujiajiao is simply beautiful!

Sun is a fantastic tour guide. Before the tour, he contacted us via WeChat and provided information about the meeting point. Sun provided very detailed explanations at each attraction, answered every question, and we learned a lot. At the Shanghai Film Park, we visited many film locations, including the Nanjing Photo Studio, "The Disguiser," and "Blossoms Shanghai." We also rode the "ding ding" car. The itinerary was well-arranged, the price was reasonable, and it was a tour group worth joining.

Amy did a great job with the tour - it was fun and interesting. I learned a lot of information and fun facts thanks to her. I was pleasantly surprised of the lunch - it was delicious. and we were offered a optional boat ride - that was fun. Even at the end of the tour Amy helped with buying tickets for a River Cruise from the Bund - I really recommend this interesting tour!
