Everything was nicely planned just that the weather was not on our side. The tour guide would help us to take photo. Lunch was good and had a fun time making dessert while doing herbal foot soak. Group size was nice and they prepared 2 bottles of water for us throughout the trip.

The tour guide was very attentive, repeatedly confirming the pickup time the day before. On the day of the tour, they even let you know when they were arriving soon or would wait for ten minutes, which made it easy to manage your time. During the trip, it was a small group combined with Vietnamese tourists, which was unique because I thought they would understand the historical background or could just read the text descriptions. However, the tour guide was very skilled at continuously switching between Vietnamese and English, although sometimes some of the sounds were hard to understand. But they would use very simple words to explain, which allowed you to infer what they were saying. The whole itinerary revolved around the Imperial City and temples, and each time there was 15 to 30 minutes of free time. I think it would be perfect if you signed up with friends and wore Ao Dai or royal clothing, because the scenery is stunning, and there aren't too many people, so you can take beautiful photos of each other, except that it might be really hot and you might sweat a lot XD.

One of the best tours i've had here in Vietnam. Everything was great and seamless–from the van, hotel pickup to lunch, to dropoff. I would like to commend our tour guide John for being so patient and passionate about imparting his knowledge of Hue to us. Truly unforgettable.

Our guide, Ms. Thi, studied in Japan and is quite fluent in Japanese. Not only was communication easy, but she also explained the history of the Vietnamese dynasties in an easy-to-understand manner. My flight back was a late-night flight on the day of the tour, and she was kind enough to take me to a spa with showers for Japanese tourists before dropping me off, which was a very thoughtful gesture. Hue is quite large, so I think it would be difficult to see it on your own in a day trip. I recommend hiring a car to get around efficiently.

Out of the tours I'd booked for my Da Nang trip, this one is my favorite! A huge thank you to our tour guide-Mr. Cong. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. I'd appreciated his enthusiasm for storytelling. The history of the Imperial city was the highlight of the tour. Lunch was also great. I've recommended this tour to my fellow Filipinos.
