Korean Ginseng Museum tours

This is best tour that i booked on klook, The tour provide hotel pickup, which is very comfortable, we really enjoyed the tour and we all had a blast. Everything was well organised. I'm happy that i booked this day trip, the guide Jack was very friendly and knowledgeable. I loved every place. Higly recommend to anyone who wants a hassle free tour!

chloe was a an excellent tour guide! she knows a lot about places visited including a bit of their history. The itinerary was full and we visited iconic places in seoul in just half days time. I highly recommend this tour to everyone visiting seoul!

Unfortunately, I arrived late, but the guide still gave me a short introduction and I was able to join in right away! The tour was very pleasant and the guide was easy to follow. Very informative and highly recommended! Thank you for the great experience!

Kelly was the best tour guide!!! It was our first day in Korea and we had my 84 year old FIL with us. We were worried about the heat and all of the walking. This tour was amazing. We were able to see all of the highlights and learn about the culture. Kelly was super informative and we learned so much that we wouldn’t have known if we did this on our own. Not only was she a wealth of knowledge, but Kelly was also very caring. She always made sure my FIL was comfortable. Would highly recommend Kelly and this tour!

Aiden was friendly, kind and very polite. It was good to see the palace and the hanok village. the Gimbap making was more of marketing to buy the products but it was tasty. about the ginseng tour, honestly it was a front for the Ginseng sales, overall an okay experience. the itinerary could have been better. we had ginseng chicken soup for the lunch and it was good.

Eden was so lovely, helpful and informative. we packed so much in. Word of warning though, the lovely ladies at the Ginseng museum are very persuasive and ginseng is not cheap!! met some lovely fellow travellers also.

This tour was a succes thanks to the guides. The first guide, Joon, was patient and very friendly. Even though we left earlier to find the meeting spot, we got lost and couldn’t find the right place. Joon called us and guided us to the correct spot. His introduction on the bus was given with a lot of enthousiasm, which set the tone for the day. The second guide on the site itself was equally as enthousiastic. It’s clear that he has a great knowledge of MBC and everything around it. He explained everything in Korean, which was then translated to English. As for the content of the tour itself, it was quite lovely. I appreciated that they explained more about the works before filming a series/film. Details about the creation of the set or the lights, cameras and sound was interesting to hear. The only ‘unfortunate’ part was the nonchalant behaviour by a few people of the group (of tourists attending the tour). They were rather loud as they were laughing and talking during the rehearsal.
