The whole experience was really fun and pleasant. Staff was also patient and helpful throughout. There is also a board games area for customers to play while waiting for the product to dry. Would definitely recommend my friends to try out this activity.

Overall stay was ok. Room seems clean though there's a book left behind by other guest found below the bed. The bathroom wash basin doesn't flow well but didn't really bother us as only 1 night stay for us. Check-in check-out process was smooth. Very near CIQ for those who don't drive or prefer to stay near CIQ
