Had a great stay at Swiss Garden Hotel.Breakfast is good.Parking is free.Will come back to stay again the next time i visit Melaka.

Nothing much to comment just a wonderful stay. At first when I want to make booking confirmation the staff not so friendly & I assume they were busy prepared to check in. Big applause to front desk because check in process very smooth and can check in early around 2-2:30pm. The ambience and amenities of room also acceptable. Just maybe the frame of bed to high and dangerous for baby/toodlers. The breakfast also not dissapointed me at all. Thanks for accept us as your guest. Will repeat again to stay here

This hotel experience is the main goal to my short getaway in Melaka and I’m fully satisfied with the room, it’s so spacious, cozy and complete with necessities you need 👏🏻 the breakfast on the other hand didn’t have a lot of options but it’s enough to cater for kids, foreigners and locals ✨please consider this hotel for your staycation, it’s worth it! 🩷

Cons Hotel not capable of handling big groups. Room keys were given late. Refilling of food was very slow. Food taste was inconsistent. Repeated menu for tea breaks. Banquet equipments were not functioning properly. PA system was very bad. 3 in 1 shower gel was placed at the sink instead of the shower place. Towels were very worn out. No hand/face towels were provided. Pros Hotel room is nice and comfortable. They provide bolster on each bed. Staff were friendly and attentive.
