The driver arrived at the hotel early and helped with route planning and scheduling time in the park. The driver also assisted with ticket redemption. It was a very special experience to see the zoo animals up close.

The driver was punctual and picked us up from the hotel that morning. First, the driver took us to the River Kwai Bridge. We were about to leave when the driver told us the train was arriving soon. After we finished taking pictures, the driver took us to the zoo and told us what time to meet again. The driver also took us to take pictures with giraffes in a jeep. After that, we went to Bubble in the Forest. The original schedule was to go between 6:00-7:00 PM, but we arrived around 3:30 PM, and the staff still let us in.

Taking a private car is very convenient. Depart at 8:00 AM and arrive at 9:00 AM. The driver will clean the car and drop you off at the safari first to see the animals. Then, go to the marine park area and tell the driver what time to pick you up. This way, you can see all the "Sus" (zoos/parks). The marine park is essentially a zoo, and you can skip the orangutan zoo. There are some animals you need to pay extra to see, like the giraffes. You can only see the elephants during the show; after the show, I couldn't find any elephants. So, it's best to go early.
