The whole process from picking up from our hotel to the Cultural Village to the Safari Park and finally back to our hotel was relatively smooth. Except that there was language barrier, we tried speaking very simple English to them but they didn’t seem to understand us. We did not know the entrance ticket to the Cultural Village was included and the staff wanted us to pay to get in. But somehow or rather, I was contacted by the organizer the next day that it was included and they did a refund to me. Also, we were quite lost in the Cultural Village because we didn’t know what was complimentary and what’s not. But got to say, the village was very peaceful and calming. Apart from that, the tour was considerably worth it. The best part was the close-up experience with the animals!

Our family had an amazing time visiting the Safari Park and Death Railway. It was such a fun and unforgettable experience! The absolute highlight was feeding the giraffes—getting so close to them was a thrill for both the kids and adults. We also visited the historic River Kwai Bridge and made sure to take a one-station train ride. Traveling along the cliffside on the vintage tracks offered breathtaking views and a real sense of history. This trip is perfect for families looking for a mix of wildlife adventure and culture. Highly recommended!

We had a great time with the Kanchanaburi multiple route private tour booked through Klook. The itinerary was exceptional, well planned, and we were fully informed throughout the booking process. A special thanks to Ton, our tour guide and driver for the day. He was amazing—although he had some difficulty communicating in English, we were truly impressed by his effort to make sure we were comfortable, safe, and enjoying the tour. He arrived early at our hotel, drove carefully, and ensured we returned safely. Bonus points for Ton’s photography skills—he took great photos for us and made the experience even more memorable. Overall, his service was exceptional, and we would definitely request him again for our next tour. Thank you, Klook and Ton, for the wonderful experience.

Because I want to stay in Kanchanaburi for one night, I booked a two-day charter this time. The charter company will contact me via email three days before departure to communicate the departure time and itinerary. The safari park is farther away and requires an additional fee. The driver was very kind and used simple English and Google Translate to communicate with each other. It takes about 2.5-3 hours from Bangkok to Kanchanaburi. On the way, I told the driver that we needed a toilet, so he stopped at a gas station to let us go to the toilet. He also asked us on the way to the hotel in the evening. Do you want to go to a convenience store to buy something first? It is a long drive from Bangkok to Kanchanaburi and various scenic spots, and the driver still drove smoothly and safely. After arriving at the scenic spot, the driver has no obligation to serve as a tour guide, but he will also tell us what we can see and help us take photos. For example, when we were at the Bridge on the River Kwai, he told us what time the train would pass by and let us go again. Wait a little longer to see the train. Overall, this charter service allowed us to spend a good two days and one night in Kanchanaburi.

Mr. Nut picked us up on time at the hotel, and he was not only a driver but a good guide as well! He knew the history and story of each place in our itinerary. He arranged it so that the sequencing of places to go to is more efficient. This is a good itinerary touching River Kwai history and WorldWar 2 events while Erawan Falls is a showcase of different waterfalls (a 3-hour trek if you want to finish all 7 levels. Make sure you have the right shoes, stamina and enough water.) He was also flexible with our decisions whether to finish the whole trek or not and what time we want lunch. He also suggested good places to eat that are easily accesible. He knew where the good photo spots were so that we didn’t waste any time. He took many pictures of us that were outstanding. We were very satisfied with Mr. Nut’s service. Thank you Klook !

the driver came in the early morning on time, though her English is not too well. we still tried to communicate. we were able to visit Kwai River bridge, to take the train and pass the death rail. we also get to the elephant world. holding an elephant is full feeling of warmth😊

THE BEST DECISION AND EXPERIENCE WE HAD IN THAILAND!!! no amount of words how happy we were during this trip. It was a whole day itinerary. We were really well-accommodated by the driver from klook and most especially the people from elephant world.

This one-day tour of the old city was such a great value, and it's all thanks to our guide, Michael Jackson (who calls himself the Takeshi Kaneshiro of Thailand)! He was full of energy all day, and his professionalism was absolutely top-notch. He's Thai, but he speaks fluent Chinese and English. When he explained the dynasty history in Chinese, his logic was incredibly clear, and there were no communication barriers at all. What impressed us most was that he even prepared beautiful historical materials and before-and-after comparison images, allowing us to compare the current state of the historical sites with how they looked in the past. History instantly came to life, and it wasn't just about looking at stone buildings anymore. During the tour, he was also very patient in teaching us to speak Thai. Under the hot Bangkok sun, he always thoughtfully helped us find shady spots to take pictures and listen to his explanations, making the tour relaxing and comfortable for us. I really hope every group can meet a guide as excellent as Michael Jackson. He added so much to this trip!
