I had an absolutely wonderful experience with our travel guide - Ryan during the tour of Hue! From the very beginning, it was clear that we were in great hands. He was fluent in English, which made communication effortless and enjoyable. More importantly, he had a deep understanding of Hue’s rich history and culture — from the Nguyen Dynasty and the Imperial City to the hidden stories behind the royal tombs and pagodas, every explanation was clear, engaging, and insightful. He is polite, thoughtful manner made the entire experience feel warm and welcoming. Whether it was answering questions, or helping with photos, he went above and beyond to ensure everyone had a great time. This tour is highly recommended! You can visit the Citadel, temples, and mausoleums of Hue with a guide who is full of hospitality. Since the tourist spots in Hue are a bit far apart, you can efficiently tour them with a private car. The guide has studied Japanese considerably, so I was able to learn a lot about not only Hue but also Vietnamese culture. They were able to answer questions I had about traveling in Vietnam, and thanks to the guide, my trip to Vietnam was even more fulfilling! In addition, we were staying at a different hotel from the day before the tour and the hotel we were planning to stay at on the day of the tour, but they were flexible enough to accommodate our request to be picked up at one hotel and dropped off at another. For lunch, we were able to eat a traditional Hue course meal. Hue cuisine was the most delicious of my Vietnam trip, and it was a very valuable opportunity since it is difficult to find Hue restaurants on your own! Thanks to this tour, my trip to Vietnam was very fulfilling. Thank you very much!

Great tour, our guide miss Vi was so excellent and enthusiastic, her energy was contagious. The places we went to were worthy of time walking. Just be mindful that this tour require a lot of energy as this is quite a walk.

The Ha Long Bay tour was reasonably priced for the whole experience. The guide Mr Ben was professional but friendly and has a good sense of humor. Food on the cruise was okay we got an upgrade to the limousine bus at a good price. our place was located within their area of coverage so it was really convenient for us.

my frd and I enjoy the trip so much, even tho a bit pricy for having a private tour with a good vehicle and nice driver as well as the all rounded tour guide. it would be even better if more scene or tourist spots can provide!

nice bus, nice tour guide so far i had during my trip in this central vietnam. the tour guide explained a lot. nice tomb that we went, palace is good (just that not enough time to take free n easy picture), lunch was very good. the best part they dropped us at hue hotel instead of going back to hoi an again

Maybe there were not many Chinese people during the Chinese New Year, so the group tour became a VIP tour. The tour guide Xiao Cui took our family of three to play. We talked a lot on the way and learned about Vietnam's history, customs, etc. The most satisfactory thing was that the route was temporarily adjusted to avoid peak hours to visit scenic spots, so that there were fewer people and quieter photos. The environment of the lunch location was also very good. I also compared the prices of other platforms before purchasing. If there are not many people departing, the price of Klook is still very advantageous. In short, a very satisfactory itinerary, exceeding expectations.
