The travel company arranged everything very well, and the itinerary was packed with activities. We were a private group of two, so the timing was flexible. Our guide, Dika, was very attentive and planned the itinerary perfectly, helping us avoid crowds and traffic jams. Both our tour guide and the guides at the attractions were skilled at taking photos and proactively offered to help us, which saved a lot of time. The travel agency was responsive via WhatsApp and was able to accommodate our needs!

A fantastic three-day, two-night itinerary! First, the local agent picked us up at our hotel at 11 AM on the first day and took us to a prepared cabin for an overnight stay, which included a delicious dinner! At 2 AM, we set off for Mount Ijen, where a local guide led us up the mountain and helped us take many beautiful photos! The volcano is truly stunning, very beautiful, and well worth the visit! On the second day, at 3 AM, we departed again for Mount Bromo to watch the sunrise, then crossed the sand sea to the volcano's edge! In the afternoon, they drove us to Tumpak Sewu Waterfall! A truly wonderful trip!

It was a great experience. I booked a private tour for one person and felt safe and comfortable. The pre-trip instructions were very thorough, and my questions usually received quick responses. The driver, Egii, the Ijen Crater guide, Juan, the Tumpak Sewu Waterfall guide, Sulia, and the Bromo Volcano guide (I apologize, I forgot his name, but thank you to him!) were all very friendly and reliable. The accommodations were simple but clean. Although there was unexpectedly no hot water for the shower at the Bromo accommodation that day, the beautiful view from the balcony made up for it. The itinerary was packed, and while we had to leave very early each day, it was all for the sake of enjoying sunrises, cloud seas, or avoiding crowds, and I was very satisfied with these arrangements. I would recommend this to my friends.

We had a great time with our driver & guides Edi and Renji, who were amazing! They were very helpful, proactive and knowledgeable. Our driver was on time and always kept us updated on the itinerary and checked in with us frequently. The hike up to Ijen was dark and steep at times 🤣but the view was wonderful and worth the steps. We were lucky that the weather was great to experience the views. Very appreciative to our driver and guide for the experience!

enjoyed very much the ride with Fredy and Fauzi. They went above and beyond. tThe hike up to Ijen was harder than my wife thought, but Fauzi was there with her all the way. Fredy helped us much with Bromo. Had a very memorable experience. The only harrowing experience was the motor bike ride from the entrance of Mandakapura. But we got over it :-)

Very good experience overall. The tour guide was very friendly and informative. Always try to bring us to new places. We stayed for a night at Indah Damai cottage in Lumajang, BEST HOSPITALITY EVER!! We love Adit and Firman. The places that we went was so pretty. Will definitely come again and recommend to others

Yusuf was an excellent driver and tour guide. He was always punctual, responsible, and very professional throughout the trip. Although the weather was not good and we could not see the sunrise, we still really appreciated all his help and effort. Whenever we asked questions, he answered patiently and explained everything carefully. He made the journey smooth and comfortable, and we truly appreciated his helpful attitude. Highly recommended!
