Enjoyed the Safari very much. Meals are reasonably nice. Our guide is excellent. Very fluent in English, knowledgeable and very caring. Always looking out for my wife and I as we are senior citizens.

I used it because I arrived early in the morning. I exchanged LINE with the guide beforehand, so I was able to meet up smoothly even if the flight was delayed. I was able to eat noodles for breakfast, and the massage helped me to relieve the fatigue of the flight. I paid for coffee at my own expense at a coffee shop that was not on the schedule due to time adjustments, but I still think it was a good deal. It's a great way to kill time before check-in.

The tour was organized. The snorkeling at the first island is OK. The snorkeling at the second island is the best. There is a slide attached to our boat, adding more fun for the trip. The lunch on the boat is decent. A lot of food. The third island is beautiful but rather busy. We brought our beach towels and sat on the beach for resting. The road for our big bus to the port is rather small and busy. I wonder it is better to take tourists by van. Because the traffic tram actually consumed 30 minutes on the bus.

We used it as a small group of 8 people from two families with active and professional guides Windy and Wave, and it was nice that they kindly taught us how to snorkel. My family, who has poor eyesight, brought prescription goggles and there was also a snorkel that attaches to the goggles, so we had fun snorkeling. You can use the mask-type snorkel provided until your visual acuity is -4. Itinerary: The tour guide will contact you one day in advance to confirm if you need to be picked up from the hotel. We boarded the bus at 9:30 AM. 🚤The boat takes you to the first spot where there is an optional, pay-per-use underwater sea walk. Those who don't participate can change into their swimwear and take the boat to the snorkeling area for snorkeling. 🚤At the second spot, you can go ashore to take photos and check in, and continue snorkeling. 🚤The third spot is an island where you have a free lunch (the dishes are very plentiful). After eating, there are many photo facilities on the island, such as swings. At the last island, you can enjoy yourself, swim, or participate in many optional water activities at your own expense. When the time comes, the tour guide will arrange for a free drone video to be taken (you can change clothes during this time) (we didn't receive the drone video; we sent a message to the tour guide but received no reply). Finally, the trip ends, and at 3:15 PM we took the boat back to shore, boarded the bus, and were taken back to the hotel. Tour Guide: The tour guide was great and explained the entire itinerary in English and the service was very attentive. Knowing that we didn't speak English, he would specifically translate for us separately. He was very humorous. Scenery on the Boat: The scenery was very beautiful, the sea was very clear, and the speedboat was traveling at a relatively high speed, so you don't feel seasick or shaking, except when the boat is stopped. great tour, hits all the good spots to go. had a wonderful day, swimming, snorkeling, buffet lunch, riding tram, and water park. could’ve used another hour or two at water park. guides were fantastic at keeping track of us which we didn’t make easy for them!

This time we were unable to leave the ship due to poor sea conditions, but there was a very responsible person who helped with the refund in advance. Klook also responded very quickly and it was processed immediately.
