Solid hotel, early access in the morning and have full access at night in the park. Beautiful amenities for all ages.

Highly recommended to stay overnight to enjoy the french village at night including exclusive access to Golden Bridge. We enjoyed the buffet dinner and room is very spacious and clean.

Please present your voucher at the check-in counter at the hotel's cable car station (Toc Tien Station). You will then receive a Hotel voucher to exchange for a key card at the reception desk once the cable car arrives on Ba Na Hills. However, due to the large number of guests, the staff is not very helpful. Guests are responsible for carrying all luggage themselves, no welcome drink is served, the rooms are quite small, but all necessary amenities are provided. Small bottles of drinking water are available, and the food prices are high on top.

We really enjoyed our 2 night stay in Mercure French Village. Such a great, relaxing and nice hotel to stay. Breakfast is also good with great choices of food. We will definitely book again here.

The accommodation was wonderful. The staff were friendly, the room condition was excellent, and above all, I could enjoy Ba Na Hills at night. Please note that Ba Na Hills cable car tickets can be purchased at a discounted price at the hotel reception.
