we’re going back to pattaya and were gonna book in this hotel again. nice location and room are clean and the staff are very helpful

perfect stay. nice staff. good breakfast. two pools available. one regret is that they let guests smoke around the swimming pool, which is not good when you come with kid.

The place was great; it was clean and fully stocked. The check-in and check-out process was easy. It was in a good location, with the beach right across the street. The staff was very accommodating, warm, and helpful. I will surely recommend this as a place to stay in Pattaya, and I will surely go back and stay here again. Thank you.

Located next to Terminal 21 Pattaya shopping mall with direct access to the hotel. Unfortunately, I carelessly left my smart watch behind at check-out. The reception staff tried their best to help me find it when I returned in the evening, but they couldn't find it in the end. Aside from that, the whole experience was great, the breakfast had a lot of variety and was delicious, and the swimming pool was awesome.

Special reminder: Absolutely do NOT use the hotel towels to dry yourself after using a Lush bath bomb, or you'll have to pay for the staining!

very nice hotel near all best location room always clean

I loved staying at Mood Hotel Pattaya. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach. The hotel has a comfortable and cheerful vibe, making it a very pleasant stay.
