The hotel was just around 10-15minutes to the airport. The room was clean and very spacious. They clean and replenish supplies every day. The staff were also very kind and accommodating. There was also a cafe located in the lobby if in case you need to get some coffee and snack. All in all, my experience was great. :)

The layout of room is not my aesthetic, I wonder why there is only one trash can in the room, overall it’s a great hotel with service.

It is a new, clean, bright, leisurely and comfortable hotel! Very close to the night market, and there are supermarkets such as Big C nearby; the bed in the room is comfortable and the sleep is good, and the food is good!

Best Rates for Budget Travelers or Backpackers. The rooms are clean and tidy that you need to leave your shoes on the shoe rack downstairs. Daily sweeping and cleaning of room facilities are available. The staffs are very friendly and polite.

This is the first time I went to Chiang Mai and chose this hotel. The hotel is quite new and the room is tidy and clean. The breakfast is rich and delicious, with a holiday atmosphere.

Good location in the city center, easy to travel. The building is new, high-tech, modern, good atmosphere, not scary. The room is quite spacious, large mirror, bright light in the whole room, lights from many angles, but the bed sheet is not very clean, there are some stains, including the bathrobe, there are stains, but the problem is the control light works confusingly, pressed and not turned off, have to walk to turn it off at the switch, soap is not provided, have to keep asking for it. The receptionist is good, always smiling, sometimes can help, sometimes not. Asked to change the bed sheet, passed 2-3 hours, still not come. Around 5 pm, asked the staff again and they said that they already informed the housekeeper. Now the housekeeper has gone back. Have to wait until tomorrow for the housekeeper to come and fix it again. The question is why didn't they come before? Why do you have to sleep on a dirty bed? Asked the housekeeper for soap, didn't get it. Asked another staff, they said the housekeeper said the soap was out, have to wait for him to deliver more. I'm confused with the housekeeper here. Breakfast has very few choices, few tables, but they keep refilling it. The food is delicious, fun to eat. There are only a few bathroom amenities, only soap, shampoo, hair cover, cotton buds, and a sanitary bag. There is no toothbrush or toothpaste, have to bring your own.
