We had an amazing tour experience visiting Eobi Valley, Nami Island, Morning Calm, Railbike, and Petite France, and it was made even more special because of our wonderful tour guide, Aileen Hon! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Aileen truly deserves a perfect 5-star review. She was incredibly kind, friendly, and very attentive to everyone in the group. She made sure we were comfortable, well-informed, and enjoying every stop of the tour. Her warm personality and helpful nature made the whole trip smooth, fun, and memorable. Thank you, Aileen, for taking such great care of us and for making our Korea tour unforgettable. Highly recommended tour guide! 😊

We actually booked Alpaca World/Nami Island/Garden of Morning Calm Tour but the operator contacted me that the number of participants were not met, hence we were offered the Alpaca World/Gangchon Railbike/Nami Island Tour, which is price higher, at no additional cost. But the tour is such a fantastic experience. We wandered smoothly and the bus is always on time. Our tour guide, Lanson, is great and approachable. This tour is highly recommended!

This day trip was definitely worth it. Our tour guide, Bob, is Korean and speaks excellent Chinese, so communication was no problem. He was very dedicated to teaching us how to ski. Remember to bring cash, as the ski rental shop charges a 10% service fee for credit card payments!

Our group of four had an amazing day visiting Nami Island, Alpaca World, and the Railbike Park — and a big part of that was thanks to our guide, Ms Sally Park. Even before the tour, Ms Sally messaged to remind us of the meeting point and patiently answered my questions. On the day itself, she sent another early reminder and clearly explained the itinerary on the bus so we knew what to expect at every stop. She checked on us throughout the trip, gave great tips on what food to try and what to order, and made sure everything ran smoothly. Ms Sally is attentive, respectful, funny, and genuinely caring. She made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable for our group. You're in best hands w/ Ms Sally Park! Highly recommended.

Things to Do in Nami Island

Take a peaceful walk or bike ride along the metasequoia tree lane, one of the island's most iconic photo spots. This scenic path is especially stunning in autumn and winter.

Snap pictures at the Winter Sonata statue and other filming locations that helped put Nami Island South Korea on the global map. These spots are popular with fans and make for great memories.

Explore lesser-known gems like the Song Museum or the UNICEF Hall, which share interesting cultural stories and offer quiet spots away from the crowds.

Check out the riverside animal park where you might spot peacocks, squirrels, or ostriches roaming freely. It's a hit with kids and families.

Relax with a coffee at one of the cozy cafes or enjoy riverside views from the open-air restaurants. Some cafes even have second-floor terraces perfect for scenic photos.

Tips Before Visiting Nami Island

Dress for the season---summers are hot and winters can get freezing cold. Comfortable shoes are a must, especially if you plan to explore the whole island on foot.

Arrive early, especially on weekends or during peak seasons like fall foliage or cherry blossom time. The island gets busy fast, so early birds enjoy a quieter experience.

Book combo tickets or tours to save time and money. Many options include transport from Seoul plus stops at nearby attractions like Petite France or the Garden of Morning Calm.

Don't forget your ID if you're taking the zipline to the island---it's an adventurous alternative to the ferry and requires registration.
