Enjoyed our stay in KSL hotel, room was spacious and clean. The exterior side of the window could have been cleaner. Highly recommended as it’s easy accessible to malls and easy transportation☺️

Food is delicious and will return again for am=nother meal with my family. The price may be a little more.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel from start to finish. The staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and attentive they always greeted us with a smile and were quick to assist with anything we needed. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and the reception team made us feel very welcome right away. The room was spacious, spotless, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, and the linens felt fresh and clean. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches such as complimentary bottled water, toiletries, and a nicely prepared welcome note. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, keeping everything tidy and restocked. Location wise, the hotel is very convenient. Overall, this hotel truly exceeded my expectations. The service, comfort, and atmosphere made it an enjoyable and memorable stay. I’ll definitely return in the future and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant place to stay

Overall it's okay, but this hotel doesn't seem very customer-friendly because the car park is far from the lobby. You have to walk quite a distance, then validate your parking card, and then walk back to the parking lot – you could lose weight doing that, haha.

It was a breeze for the booking and no frills check in. Would definitely book again with Klook. Overall was a good experience. Was greeted by a giant labubu mascot 😄

Staff are very friendly, helpful and professional. Love the good location that it's next to KSL mall and everything are so convenient too.
