I’m not good at swimming and never done scuba diving before. The instructor was quite professional and patient. Despite having high anxiety in the beginning, he encouraged me to breathe slowly and steadily, helping me push through my comfort zone. Moments later, I was underwater, seeing fishes, and experiencing something that will remind me that I can push through my limit and fear. I highly recommend to try and be ready to step out of your comfort zone! You won’t regret it!
