The rafting company I booked was much cheaper than the one recommended by the Ubud resort staff, and I booked it trusting the many reviews! LILA, a Sun Tour employee, contacted me via WhatsApp the night before to provide pickup information, and the round trip transportation was safe and comfortable. The staff at Tarantula Rafting, the rafting and ATV company, were very fun and friendly. The rafting was calmer than Korean rivers, but still fun, and the ATV was really fun!!! Indonesian buffet was served for lunch, and my wife and I enjoyed it quite a bit.

As someone who’s rafted in multiple countries and tried both of Bali’s main rivers, Telaga Waja River (often called Waja River) is hands-down my favorite for white water rafting. Located in eastern Bali near Mount Agung, this is the island’s longest and most exciting rafting route—perfect for adrenaline seekers wanting more than a gentle float.

this is one of the highlights of our ubud bali experience! red paddle bali adventures and our guide, Di, was very kind and accommodating. he gave clear instructions before we started the activity. we had fun during the rafting and he really has a way to help us enjoy. he also takes good photos and had so many fun facts and interesting stories to share. he also brought a dry bag for our stuff and assisted us with everything we needed. during the rafting, there was a stop where we could get drinks and some snacks. Di paid it for us so no need to bring money, we just paid him back afterwards. for the services, red paddle has a good and clean place for changing to rafting clothes and also for shower after the activity. they also give nice smelling towels and bath gel. our buffet lunch felt like a homecooked indonesian meal! overall, it was a really nice experience and definitely a core memory for us! the klook price is also very affordable esp with hotel transfer. so glad we booked it!

The 2-hour course felt a little long at times, but it was fun to see the various waterfalls and the upper part of the river where the currents were stronger.

We experienced rafting with our 9 and 12 year old children. It's perfect for kids to enjoy. Even I, who am easily scared, had fun. You can buy drinks in the middle and pay later. (It's expensive!) The shower facilities are decent and towels are included. For lunch, they served mie goreng and nasi goreng, which were not bad. After the meal, we went to Monkey Forest to see monkeys and take pictures. It's smaller than I expected and there aren't many things to see, so I think rafting alone would have been enough.

Supper awesome experience Made was an amazing driver and all the guides where very good they really make a big effort to make it as enjoyable as possible. The ATV trip is a must do soooo much fun and the Cave tubes is very nice and bit slower than river rafting good activity to enjoy with kids. The guides are very very good at taking pictures and videos if you ask.

It was way more fun than I expected, but I almost drowned, lol. There are surprisingly dangerous sections for people who can't swim. Riding the slide at the beginning is fun. And even if you're a good swimmer, the safety equipment is very, very flimsy. I brought my delivery driver's helmet to protect my head from the rocks, and it saved me. Otherwise, I would've been toast.
