The overall experience was great! We were picked up at 9am by a regular bus and then transferred to a sleeper bus. It was clean and spacious and the driver was great. We were dropped off at our hotel. I highly recommend this bus!

Great private transfer to and from Mũi Né. We had full control over our stops and timing, and our driver, Vũ, was punctual and very smooth on the road. We were comfortable enough to sleep the entire trip.

This was one of my best travelling experiences as the seats were exceptionally comfortable. The bus picked us up at the hotel in Mui Ne very punctually. The facilities on the bus were excellent. Steady Wi-fi was provided throughout the whole ride. There was a 15-min break during the 4-hour journey. A pre-recorded English announcement was made and the departure time was shown clearly near the door. Surprisingly, the washroom at the stop was very clean. Before entering the city, we were asked to get on a smaller coach which was also clean, but less comfortable. However, we also found it okay as the traveling time was quite short, like only half an hour.

We had a very comfortable experience using the private car rental service to Phan Thiet. The vehicle was new, clean, and well maintained, with spacious seating that comfortably accommodated six passengers along with our luggage. The driver was friendly, professional, and very supportive throughout the trip. Most importantly, he drove safely and carefully, which made the long journey smooth and stress-free. Overall, this private car service provided great comfort, reliability, and peace of mind. I would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Phan Thiet with family or a small group.

When traveling from Ho Chi Minh City to Mui Ne, it seems large buses can't directly access the bus terminal within the city, so we initially transferred via another bus for about 15 minutes. During that transfer, you'll show your voucher at the bus company and they'll ask where you want to get off, so tell them your desired location and they'll drop you off! (I was dropped off in front of my hotel). After that, you'll receive something like a receipt with your seat number written on it, so take that seat upon arrival. Shoes are not allowed inside the bus, and you'll be asked to take them off before boarding, so I recommend wearing shoes that are easy to remove. Each seat has a charging port, bottled water, and a refreshing towel provided, and the seats are spacious enough! A child under elementary school age could comfortably sit in one seat. There's also a rest stop along the way, and we arrived in Mui Ne in about 3 hours. On the way there, I had an upper-level seat with a great view, and on the way back I had a lower-level seat, so personally I highly recommend an upper-level seat! Haha. For the return trip, I waited at the pickup location specified when I booked, and the pickup arrived on time. I was a little worried, so I also confirmed the time at the hotel reception, but I was able to return to Ho Chi Minh without any problems. I was very satisfied with this quality for this price! At first, I was debating between this and a slightly more expensive van, but this bus was more than satisfactory. ✨

While you specify a departure time when booking, the actual departure time can vary greatly depending on factors like earlier passengers. I've used this service twice, and once I boarded 1 hour and 30 minutes before the departure time, and another time I boarded 5 minutes after the departure time. Also, on the way to Mui Ne, the vehicle broke down and stopped in the middle of the highway, but they didn't immediately provide alternative transportation and wasted a lot of time trying to repair it. I departed from Mui Ne at 13:00 (1:00 PM) and arrived in Ho Chi Minh City at 19:30 (7:30 PM). While they provide friendly service, their response to unexpected situations seems inadequate.

I joined the tour to see the first sunrise of 2026. The 4:30 AM pick-up was on time. At the White Sand Dunes, I used a buggy. It costs 300k per person to be taken to each viewpoint, but it's not dedicated; when you want to move to the next point, you get a ride from a buggy waiting at each point. Just show the ticket you receive after payment. The buggies move frequently between each point, so there's almost no waiting. After seeing the sunrise at the White Sand Dunes, we went to photo spots, the Red Sand Dunes, the fishing port, and Fairy Stream in a jeep, and the transportation was very smooth. The guide took a lot of pictures for us, so it became a great memory. The timing was as scheduled, and it was a very enjoyable tour.

The trip to Mui Ne was amazing—our tour guide was very friendly and shared a lot of interesting information, which made the experience even more meaningful. We got to explore so many different sceneries and gained unforgettable experiences along the way. Every moment felt refreshing and worth remembering. From the peaceful views to the exciting activities, everything exceeded our expectations. I would definitely recommend Mui Ne to anyone looking for a perfect mix of adventure, relaxation, and beautiful scenery.🇵🇭

Booked this at the last minute so couldn't get the option with the uphill jeep experience but I think it turned out better because we just availed the ATV at the sand dunes and it was so much more fun! The tour with an open jeep is already a ride in itself, it was so nice to explore and enjoy the views of Mui Ne. We got this tour expecting it to be a joiners tour but it was just us so it really felt like a private service.
