We really enjoyed this tour thanks to Daniel! He speaks fluent English and is very warm and accommodating. We also enjoyed learning about Korea’s culture thanks to Daniel as he explained each place’s history very clearly. All the 5 places we went to were really beautiful but we liked the Kookmin Healing Park the more because of the canoe activity and ice valley view. We highly recommend this tour.

A huge thank you to our guide, Mr. Zheng, for the detailed explanations provided throughout the tour. His attention to detail was evident from the pre-trip notifications, where he thoroughly explained the weather and recommended dining options. During the tour, he shared the historical stories of Gyeongju with humor, making for a relaxed and pressure-free experience! Although the day's itinerary was affected by the weekend Gyeongju festival, which made it difficult to find parking, Mr. Zheng quickly overcame the difficulties and ensured we completed our sightseeing tour. If you want to travel to Gyeongju without having to rush for the bus, I recommend joining a day tour.

This was my first time using KLOOK's restaurant reservation service, and I realized there's such a convenient way to book restaurants I want to eat at abroad. Just tell KLOOK the restaurant you want to book, and you'll quickly receive a response with the reservation result. We chose the wrong day to go to Lotte World Busan as the day was raining. We did go onthe bumper cars - which was the only thing that was opened because of the weather. We ended up going to Lotte Premium Outlet which was 10 mins walk away.
Driver was accomodating and picked us up earlier as requested.

Upon check-in, I was informed that the air conditioning in my room was broken, and I was upgraded to a triple room (originally a double room). It was quite comfortable for two people. A double room might feel a little cramped for two people, and you might need to put your luggage under the bed. The staff were all friendly and helpful, and the hotel is in a convenient location. There's also a WOWPASS machine available in front of the front desk! In addition, you can enjoy Korean side dishes for breakfast, making it a great value overall!

The staff was thoughtful to provide a complimentary upgrade to the Royal Suite. It was spacious and comfortable for up to 4 pax :) breakfast was decent. there was a lot of eateries around the area. highly recommended!
