This trip was beyond imagination, even though I didn't see the blue flame on the day I went. The vehicle was comfortable with ample legroom, and Mr. Rudi was a gentleman and punctual. If you like swimming, the hotel has a pool. Also, when we departed at 11:00 PM, the hotel packed the rice that we didn't redeem the coupon for in time, and Ms. Judi brought it to the car. It was very impressive. I encourage everyone to try this experience once in their life. Watching the sunrise at Mount Bromo is not difficult, but at Ijen, the path is quite steep for a long distance. I recommend being in reasonably good physical condition.

We really enjoyed our Bromo trip and our tour guide, Riza, made it even better! He provided everything we needed — thermal blanket, heat pack, waterproof phone case — you name it! Super attentive, friendly, and fun, always checking if we were comfortable and helping us get the best photos and viewpoints. The restaurant that we’re taken also serve the best food. The sunrise was beautiful, the journey was smooth, and we felt well taken care of from start to finish. Thank you Riza for the great memories! 🤩✨ Highly recommended!

My partner and I did the trip to Ijen and Bromo, and it was truly memorable. From our Ijen guide to our driver, Sudarta-Made, who drove us all the way from Ubud to Ijen, then to Bromo, and back again to Ubud; everything was seamless. It was a very long journey, but our driver's calm presence and excellent driving skills made it feel effortless. The experience itself was surreal. The support we received, the friendly and easy banter with our guide, and the journey through the breathtaking landscapes became the highlight of my entire Indonesia trip. Our guide also took the time to take some breathtaking photos and videos of us which we really appreciated. Overall, an amazing experience that I highly recommend.

What an incredible trip! The places we visited were beautiful, the experiences were unforgettable — but what truly made this journey special was our guide, Laz. From the very first day, Laz brought so much positive energy and warmth to the group. He wasn’t just guiding us; he was sharing stories, making us laugh, and going out of his way to make sure everyone felt included and comfortable. You could tell how passionate he is about what he does, and that passion is contagious. Whether it was explaining local culture, helping us find the best spots for photos, or just keeping the mood light during long drives, Laz was always there with a smile and a great sense of humor. We came away with not just great memories of the trip, but also the feeling that we had made a new friend. If you ever get the chance to take a trip with Laz as your guide — do it! We had the most amazing experience with our guides Nando and Viko on the Ijen Crater and Bromo trip! From start to finish, they were so helpful, kind, and supportive, staying with us every step of the way. They also took amazing pictures for us, so we could just enjoy the moment. During Ijen and the waterfall, we had local guides as well as Nando and Viko, which made the adventure even more special and authentic. What we truly loved was how they shared Indonesian culture with us and answered our millions of questions with warmth, patience, and honesty. Thanks to them, the trip was not only breathtaking but also meaningful. We learned so much and felt really cared for throughout. If you’re planning this tour, we can’t recommend Nando and Viko enough , they will make your journey unforgettable!

The trip was well organized and we had great service and hospitality from our driver/guide Viko and his brother from start to finish. Do be prepared for minimal sleep on most days though, as there are many early mornings (as early as 11pm the night before!!) for this tour. However, the beautiful sunrise views do certainly make up for it!
