Very good tour and arrangement. We have “junior” as a guide in Bruges, he’s very good and entertaining, and able to provide good recommendations for food and shopping, and manage time very well. We have another gentleman for Ghent, he has a very strong accent making it very difficult to understand. plus he didn’t quite explain things that well. but he’s friendly after all

a really good value-for-money activity. the boat drivers are polite and knowledgeable. a very worthwhile and interesting boat tour around the city. excellent value.

Antonio was excellent and very knowledgeable. I signed up for a small group and in English. However, we went on a bus and Antoinio gave the tour in both Spanish and in English. Not what I signed up for and annoying.

my husband, my son and I enjoyed the tour very much as the guide, Mark was very friendly. we also met very friendly people from Amsterdam who joined the tour.
