Our experience with this car rental service during our Jakarta trip on 23 January 2026 was truly outstanding. From start to finish, the service was seamless, professional, and highly reliable. Our driver, Pak Rudy, exemplified exceptional hospitality — friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, and impeccably professional. He demonstrated excellent time management, strong local expertise, and a genuine commitment to ensuring our comfort throughout the journey. Started frm pickup at CGK airport until the last shopping spree at the Grand Indonesia Mall. Every transition was handled smoothly, making the entire experience effortless and enjoyable. Pak Rudy’s refined manners, attentiveness, and flexibility significantly elevated the quality of our trip, with his highest standards of professionalism and customer care. We will definitely engage this company again for future visits and will specifically request Pak Rudy as our preferred driver. A truly premium and highly recommended experience.

It was a memorable trip for our family. We really enjoyed feeding the animals right from the car. The show (dolphins, tigers) were amazing. Special thanks to our guide Pak Wildan. Very friendly and helpful. Pick up at the hotel was on time and he safely drove us throughout the journey until we returned to the hotel. He guided us so that we did not miss any of the animal show. Overall it was a very nice experience. Only the weather was not on our side as it was raining the whole day.

Took the day tour of Jakarta with Gindo, our tour guide and our driver, Rahmat (Mr. Blessings). Visited the museum, harbour and many other historical sites. Gindo speaks good English, very friendly & helpful and very informative throughout the tour, which we appreciate a lot. And Mr. Rahmat is a very skilled driver who drove us to the many sites during the tour and was on time throughout too! Highly recommend this tour if you have few days to spend in Jakarta.

My tour guide's name was Aisyah, a young Muslim woman. She spoke English a bit fast for me, but I gradually got used to it after a while. The highlight of the trip was the Istiqlal Mosque (Masjid Istiqlal), there were many scenic spots to photograph. The other attractions were more of a quick visit, just taking pictures from the outside. During the night market tour, we ate two kinds of satay and also drank Turkish coffee. Remember to bring your own water!
