we availed the services for 2 days, and the experience for both days was great. the vehicle was clean and spacious for the 4 of us. Driver Abdul was great. We felt safe with his driving and he was punctual, kind and always smiling. He didn't speak much English but communicated well enough in English via WhatsApp. Coordinator Dylan was also very helpful and made the booking and arrangements hassle free.

Although the urgent decision to charter a car was made at 21:30 the night before, the supplier was contacted immediately to fully communicate the itinerary and cost. The driver arrived on time at 8 a.m. the next day. He was very polite all day long. He was familiar with the roads and could immediately find an alternative route to avoid the traffic jam hell in Jakarta. He also helped us buy carrots and bananas for feeding the animals from the vendors to prevent us from being trafficked by the vendors. After being cheated, I happily went to the Safari Park for a whole day. I drove directly to the various parking lots in the park to avoid walking into the park because the park is too big. This is a chartered car trip that is 100% recommended.
