Luxor

The Hot Air balloon experience was truly one for the books. The entire team from ground up until we took flight and landed we're very helpful, professional and extremely experienced. On the day we were to go on the hot air balloon, due to unpleasant weather conditions it was cancelled, but the entire team of klook, Stephanie from the customer support and local operator made it possible for us to reschedule our experience and go for it the next day and truly was one of the best experiences ever. Truly a cherish worthy memory.

There were very few days to fly the entire month, and our previous four days were canceled due to weather, so we were really lucky! However, the local company we partnered with wasn't very proactive; they didn't take the initiative to contact us or inform us of the pick-up time beforehand. I had to keep asking. On the day of the flight, we were put in the second group to fly, and the sun was already up. Can you even call that a sunrise tour? Fortunately, we still felt very lucky and thought it was beautiful, especially since none of my friends had ever ridden in a hot air balloon before. They were very happy.

Pick up from the hotel was on time and drop us back after. The experience itself was great. Safety was their utmost priority. Instructions were clearly provided. It lifted just right after sunrise and the views of the valley and the village were incredible up above.

We are truly grateful to YOLA and our driver for making our day in Luxor so special. Despite a sudden change to our schedule on the day, YOLA quickly reorganized everything perfectly. Thanks to her flexibility and professionalism, we were able to enjoy all the planned sites and have the best possible experience within our limited time. We are not very confident in English, but she spoke clearly and made sure her explanations were easy to understand. It was not only enjoyable but also very educational. She also thoughtfully gave us some free time at certain spots, saying, “I’ll wait here, so please take your time and explore,” which we really appreciated. The car was very comfortable, and the driver was considerate about the air conditioning and our comfort throughout the day. Thank you for turning our short stay in Luxor into such an unforgettable and meaningful memory. We truly appreciate everything you did for us.

We had Aladin who explained everything well and in German, and always explained in more detail if we had further questions.

Our tour guide, Hassan, was very attentive, humorous, and witty. He told many historical stories at each attraction, and the time allocation for each spot was very appropriate. Although we didn't get to see the Colossi of Memnon in the end, the overall experience was excellent. I would recommend it to anyone who needs it!

Not for people who want to sleep in. I needed to be ready in hotel lobby by 4:35 a.m. Not complaining, just informing. The ride and views were spectacular. The staff were polite and professional. Overall a worthwhile excursion
