Banff

The trip was great, and the guide was helpful and engaging. However, it mostly involved going to a tourist site, spending 10 to 30 minutes taking pictures, and then returning to the van. It didn’t feel very fulfilling. I wouldn’t suggest signing up for a day tour unless you have no other options. Additionally, there were changes to the itinerary, we did not go to Lake Minnewanka as written in the day tour description on the app.

This tour is a must if you are in Calgary or want a quick preview to Banff National Park. It is a family owned business but they are super professional. my guide was Luis and he was super entertaining and knowledgeable about the Park. He even threw in some extra stops to let us capture beautiful photos.

My whole family joined the 2-day Banff tour (departing from Calgary). Both tour guides (Christ and D) were super nice, provided detailed explanations, and were happy to offer information. The itinerary was well-paced and rich, and the vehicle, which accommodated just over ten people, was comfortable and stable. We were very satisfied!

Best decision ever!! My son and I, being Calgary natives, decided to head to the mountains right before school started. Since I was too lazy to drive, stressed about parking, and annoyed by the thought of booking a tour bus shuttle to get to the lakes, this Klook experience was simply worth it! All we had to do was hop on the shuttle at downtown Calgary and hop on/off at Lake Louise, Moraine Lake, Johnston Canyon, Banff town, and Bow Falls. We had an hour at each site to take photos and just soak in the view! We also had an hour for lunch and to explore the town of Banff. It was the perfect stress-free day, made even more enjoyable by our knowledgeable and competent guide, Dominic! Highly recommended 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼!

We are glad we booked this trip with klook. it was really an epic experience to see Moraine Lake and Lake Louise. I just want to highlight some points not to discredit the good points but to improve more. 1. we have scheduled a perfect day (nice weather) but they cancelled it. though we understand, we could have seen the lakes on a different vibe. It rained on the resecheled date but we still enjoyed it. 2. on the itinerary, JONSTON Canyon is included but we did not go there instead the tour guide drove us to Bow Lake and Surprise corner which is still beautiful. The description here on Klook should include that on the instance that the itinerary will not be met they should explain clearly why. As with our tour guide Ray he’s awesome driver and tour guide.

Kenneth is amazing. He is so helpful and professional tour guide. He led us to glacier and mountain to see breathing taking view. also took a lots photos for us in freezing cold -21 degree. we did enjoyed the tour so much. I highly recommend to join the tour. if you are lucky enough to have Kenneth as tour guide

This is my first time travelling to Calgary and 1st time using Klook. I am very pleased with how it turned out. The trip was very comfortable and our guide, Ben was very efficient, professional and informative. We made a few quick stop at Canmore and Banff to pick up a few more people but it was a very short stop. it really helped that all the other tour members are also very punctual. I highly recommend this for people travelling solo and looking for a quick tour to banff

Winter weather in Banff can be unpredictable, and during our tour, road closures meant we couldn’t follow the original itinerary. However, excellent customer service informed us well in advance and clearly explained the alternative itinerary, which immediately put us at ease. Despite the challenging conditions, our guide went above and beyond to make the day as enjoyable as possible. They carefully adjusted the plan, brought us to beautiful alternative locations, and made sure we never felt rushed or disappointed. Even though the weather wasn’t ideal, we still had an amazing experience and discovered stunning spots we might not have otherwise visited. Highly recommended!

We booked a group Banff tour, and it was one of the best travel decisions we've ever made! The itinerary was incredibly well-planned – we saw all the must-see spots like Lake Louise, Moraine Lake, Bow Falls, the Gondola, and Banff Town without feeling rushed at all. He shared local history, fun facts, and even recommended the best photo angles and places to eat. It felt more like traveling with a friend than just a tour guide! The private van was clean, comfortable, and spacious, which made the long, scenic drives so much more enjoyable – totally worth it for the convenience and flexibility. We highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Banff! It's stress-free, offers beautiful views, and provides exceptional service from start to finish. We would definitely book again!
