During Checkout, I was forced to have multiple calls with the front desk to prove my check out time! Their staffs should be careful and thinking twice prior calling someone in the room. It was a negative , but tbh this incident alone prevent me from rating this hotel 5 star. You get what you pay for. I had a very comfortable experience throughout my stay here.

Great way to see the Fort Kochi area in a tuktuk. Safeer my guide did a good job of showing me around. He was knowledgeable and customized the itenary based on my interests.

It was very good. If there's a place you want to go, they'll take you there. They also took us to a delicious restaurant for lunch. The jungle safari tour was 350 RS for three people. They were very attentive and helpful throughout the trip.

Long day... But our guide/driver kept us entertained, gave us a lot of information about the locations and best view points.
