I practiced with Klook's staff member Charley regarding tours to Changbai Mountain. The dates didn't work out, but he even helped me find a travel agency to arrange a personal itinerary. I'm so grateful! The travel agency and driver provided excellent service, and the 4-day trip was very safe and comfortable. Thank you. My tour guide, Dong, was incredibly helpful especially since I was traveling with a baby. They made everything so easy for me. All the details were fully taken care of: meals, tickets, transport, activities, and the whole schedule. I didn’t have to worry about a single thing. The games and activities were fun, the sights were beautiful, and the service was really warm and professional. I truly recommend this tour if you want a smooth, stress free Harbin experience. My partner and I booked this tour package on a whim, and our driver, Mr. He Zhiwei, was very attentive. We sincerely appreciate his hospitality, which made our entire trip very comfortable. In particular, seemingly small services actually added to the fulfillment of our trip overall. For example, the driver helped us with our luggage, reminded us to wear gloves and coats, and told us where to find restrooms and supermarkets. Overall, this Mohe trip came to a successful conclusion thanks to the driver's individual hospitality. Thank you very much, Mr. He.

We had a memorable lunch at Hongmen Yuyan! It is located in the Chinese Baroque Street and is a short walk away from Chinese-baroque Block Metro Station (Line 3). We opted for the VIP Lunch (without cosplay) and were assigned seats in the middle of the aisle. The pre-lunch games and NPC-interactions were fun and entertaining, though you'd need to have a good command of Mandarin to understand them. The performances were eye-catching and the choreography was well planned. The food is acceptable and the sweet items were more delicous than the savoury items - do note that the food served will not necessarily match the Klook menu so one should be mindful about any religous food restrictions/allergens. I appreciate that a short birthday segment was arranged for my father at a very short notice - I informed one of the female staff only upon arrival since I booked through Klook and did not know how to contact the restaurant directly. Overall, the experience is value-for-money and recommended!!

I had a memorable experience at Polar Park. The place is beautiful, clean, and organized. The animals are cute, and there are several interesting animal shows. The cutest is the penguin show. Polar Park is truly a perfect vacation spot for families and children. Buying on Klook is very easy; you can buy it on Klook in less than a day. The price is competitive, and just show the QR code to the staff to enter the Polar Park.
