cosy hotel. nice rooms. clean and very friendly and helpful front desk staff. eveyone is always smiling.

Check-in was scheduled for 3:00 PM, but my family arrived at 3:20 PM. They informed us the room was not yet ready. Eventually, at 3:30 PM, they received a call and were able to get a room. In this aspect, they need to improve. It's understandable that it is a school holiday. However, check-out is already at 3:00 PM, which is quite late. Postponing this while check-out is at 12:00 noon is not ideal.

good, easy access, staff polite & kind, very clean and easy to walk around to buy some goodies. hopefully it can maintain the goodness.👍

friendly staffs, good hospitality, spacious bedroom & bathroom, my room was executive room. amenities provided in the room, you can ask for more mineral water too. they have a massive renovation until September 2025, so you can’t use the pool, but they provide a shuttle to their partner hotel if you want to swim. the breakfast was okay, quite varied with a nice ambience at the peak lounge

My room supposed to have one queen bed but the staff give me double single bed instead idk why but im okay. Television is not fuction. Room everything is clean. Location is very strategic with all attractions also connect with shopping mall, restaurants and transportation. Like to stay here because this city is walkable and save my transport costs.

Love the stay here. Nearby to restaurants and waterfront. We walked where ever we go. Room was comfortable and nice. Check in and out was smooth. My only suggestion is to improve their breakfast spread. Since we stayed for 4 nights, almost every day is the same breakfast. 😆
