We enjoyed our stay here. Their staff was really friendly and helpful. We had to check out early before breakfast time and they offered to get us some pastry early in the morning. The boss also gave a really good recommendation for dinner. They have a nice view for hot air balloons on their rooftop. Would definitely stay here if we visit Cappadocia again.

The room and environment were clean, spacious, and matched the photos well. Staff were very helpful and attentive upon arrival, always ready to assist with any requests. Communication via WhatsApp was sometimes slow, but service at the hotel itself was excellent.
Breakfast was great with a good variety. The rooftop has a beautiful view, especially during hot air balloon time, although some balloons can be blocked by nearby hotels, so visibility is not always perfect.
The hotel’s interior and exterior design are stunning, but the rooftop seating cushions looked quite old and affected by weather, with some visible mold. This made the rooftop feel slightly less impressive compared to the promotional photos, and maintenance could be improved.
There is also a lovely hotel dog named “Mr. Pickle,” which was a very cute highlight of the stay. The hotel is within a 10-minute walk to town, and the walk down to the shops has a great atmosphere and vibe.

everything is good and we enjoyed the stay in the Ottoman Cave, very easy to walk to the place or street full of restaurants. however the door of the room needs to maintain, everytime we need to try to spend a min or 2 to open it. everything else from breakfast to bed to security, we feel good, room is very spacious!

The room was spacious but a bit dark. The staff was not exactly friendly.

This hotel allows you to watch hot air balloons at both their rooftops.
It is not overcrowded so we managed to enjoy the whole time alone or just a few couples.
Breakfast spread is wide range, but it only starts from 7.30am.
Most of the restaurants are located about 20mins walk.
For those who do not prefer cave hotels, you can consider staying here.

The best stay! Everything was clean, and the staff were accommodating, friendly, and always willing to help. Breakfast had a warm, home-like atmosphere thanks to the kind people around. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained.
As a solo traveler, I preferred this hotel over other options because I felt safe and well looked after. I especially appreciated that the staff would first verify with guests before allowing tour pick-up services to collect them from the hotel, which added an extra sense of security. I would gladly stay here again. And ofcourse the Terrace overlooking is majestic. Highly recommended! ❤️❤️

It was a great experience! Ozan explained the performance process to us in great detail and reminded us to start recording before each act. He took care of every detail very well. ☺️👍

a very entertaining evening! I felt like royalty as I had my dinner while watching these performances. it’s very engaging as they would drag in audience to be part of the show too. however, if you have an early morning the next day, I wouldn’t recommend going for this. so make sure you have a late day the next day! the food served was alright, nothing too extraordinary.

The hot air balloon guide was fantastic! High energy throughout the ride, and even though it was my first time and i was slightly nervous, his excitement and confidence helped ease the nerves. 10/10 would recommend and go again! superb experience for a good price in June!! The flight was 1hr plus and it was worth it definitely. Thank you skyway for the wonderful experience. I would recommend this provider for your hot air balloon ride. Just do it.
