We stayed for 2 nights with our kids. Overall. Very close to Mandalika Circuit. However, you can hear cars/ motorcycles during practice sessions from the hotel.
We had to switch rooms because the shower drain was clogged and we couldn’t shower, but the staff handled it well. The room was spacious with a separate bathtub, toilet, and shower, although we felt the bathroom layout wasn’t very efficient and took up too much space.
The kids’ playground is quite limited—a small indoor play area in the restaurant with few toys, the outdoor playground is more suitable for toddlers. The beach is beautiful, but the pepper-like sand isn’t ideal for sandcastles and uncomfortable to walk on barefoot.
The highlights were the lovely swimming pool with floating pillows and a pool bar, plus complimentary marshmallow roasting on the private beach at sunset. There were a few beach vendors, too. We also appreciated the welcome drinks available in the lobby throughout our stay.

Really great experience, Abdul was a amazing guide, As non swimmer as well he helped us a lot. we saw a lot of fishes , lucky to see turtles and also statues. the photos came amazing from Abdul’s GoPro as well

The local supplier was punctual, picking us up at 11:00 AM from the hotel to take us to a cabin near the volcano for an overnight stay! After a brief itinerary overview, we checked into our cabin, which was quite clean and had a very pleasant environment. On the first morning, after breakfast at 7:00 AM, we set off by car. The local guide never proactively offered to take photos with us and rarely assisted us along the way. Some of us with less physical stamina had to manage on our own, while I noticed other groups nearby were offering help to their members. Furthermore, our camping equipment was quite poor; we had no table or chairs! No table for dinner! No chairs to enjoy the beautiful sunset! Yet, I saw other teams had tables and chairs provided. This was very disappointing for us! Nevertheless, successfully reaching the summit was still a great joy!

best experience on trip to lombok. “Indra” was best captain we have met, allowed us as much time as we spend, loved the trip with him and will aurely ask for him on my next trip. We loved the private island tour

the Sahara young girl horsd was a little bit stubborn. But due to her attitude it was fun. haha she had breakfast, and pooped with me still on her back hahahah. the horse manager was nice though. thank you for special experience!!

Tamrin is a fantastic guide. Since we were staying in Kuta, he advised against going to sendang gile as the car ride would have been too long and instead brought us to benang kelambu and benang stokel. He also offered us white water rafting at a much cheaper rate than other klook blookings, even though we decided not to go in the end. Tamrin is very sociable and gives us the freedom to choose what to do during our trip. There are 2 more hidden waterfalls in Benang Kelambu and Stokel (forgot what the names are). You can pay the local guide extra 150,000 IDR/pax to continue the hike. Be mindful that the hike to the hidden waterfalls are more advanced but it's worth it.

Since we were in west Lombok, it was a long drive up and down, but the experience was good. Even though the driver and the boatman were not fluent in English, they were very helpful throughout the trip, good natured, and eager to communicate. As a whole, it was a good trip. Beware of the total time, if you're starting from sengigi area though.

A big thank you to our guide Moon and his team for carrying our belongings throughout the trip, helping us travel light, preparing delicious meals to replenish our energy, guarding us from monkeys while we ate, and helping us up when we stumbled. Moon and his team made this challenging two-day, one-night summit trek much less difficult; we couldn't have done it without them! Before we left, the owner even gave us two of their company's T-shirts as souvenirs, featuring the Rinjani route map—so cool! I almost forgot to mention that the day before our hike, after checking into the accommodation arranged by the team, they also provided a complimentary short excursion to two famous nearby waterfalls. A huge thank you to our junior guide Yusril for leading us; he was very attentive and helped us take many beautiful photos!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience! Our guide was incredibly nice and patient~Thank you so much brother!The two other staff members on the boat were also super friendly and helpful. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. The pink beach was the best beach ever! Definitely worth visiting! I highly recommend this tour to anyone, especially first-timers!
