We booked a massage for our family of three and were able to have the massage in the same room. We opted for the 60-minute Rice Farm Massage, and the skilled therapists made us feel incredibly light and refreshed afterward. The staff was very courteous and made sure to confirm various details before starting the massage, which made us feel very comfortable and secure. Communication was primarily in English, which was convenient. Overall, it was a highly satisfying massage experience and we were extremely pleased. Great value for the price, highly recommended!

I was very satisfied with the staff's service. One thing to note is that I made a reservation through Klook, but I was told that the reservation hadn't been received or reflected in their system, and I wasn't able to receive my treatment for over an hour. In the end, it turned out to be a system error, but my schedule was pushed back considerably.

Atmosphere: The whole spa is very comfortable. Listening to the water sounds is so relaxing. The package we bought is perfect for couples. There's a large bathtub for us to soak in a flower petal bubble bath. After the spa, you can go to the restaurant next door for tea (included in the package), but since we had already booked another restaurant, we didn't stay. My friend went and said the portion was huge, practically a full meal 😂

The atmosphere was wonderful and relaxing, the grounds beautiful. The water flowed and pleasant music played. The massage was pleasant and relaxing, but nothing special. Overall, I was satisfied. A bit pricey. No drink was offered.

For hotel guests, the spa at the same hotel is highly recommended in Ubud, where traffic congestion is heavy. Many spas will cancel your reservation if you are more than 30 minutes late due to traffic, and others will simply shorten your treatment by the amount of time you were delayed. Spas are so crowded that walk-in appointments are usually not available. A spa at your hotel is safe and the staff is wonderful. I had a 90-minute course from 8:30 p.m., and I was able to blissfully return to my room and sleep soundly. The price is higher compared to spas in the city, but it's worth it. I recommend the hotel spa!❣️
