We booked our Carnival Magic package via Klook with Royal Seat upgrade, buffet dinner, and join‑in transfer. As a family of three, this was one of our best Phuket activities. We skipped the transfer going in to arrive at opening (5:30 PM) for a relaxed start. The buffet hall was grand but food options were average and the kids’ section could be better. The show, however, was phenomenal — creative, impressive, and captivating. Even my 6‑year‑old, usually hesitant with shows, was amazed throughout. After the show (ending around 9 PM), we paid 500 baht for a buggy ride through the Kingdom of Lights, which was worth it for kids and elderly. For the return, the join‑in transfer was smooth: staff at the counter guided us to the van, and after a short wait, we were dropped back at our Phuket Town hotel. Overall, Carnival Magic is a must‑visit; while the buffet can improve, the show and service made the evening unforgettable.

Our instructor, Rony, was really amazing. He makes the trips feel welcoming for a solo traveller like me. They pick me up at the hotel and took us less than an hour to arrived at the jetty. There we had some breakfast first, before we headed for the island. The first island took us around 1 hour to go, our speedboat will only park ouside of the island area so we need to go with the local boat which we need to pay 400THB for shared boat. Private boat will cost around 2500-3000THB. The boat will took us around to take photo and to a swimming area which we have around 30mins for the swimming. After that we go to another island for snorkeling for 30 minute also which was very short, I hope we can stay longer here. Then we headed for a lunch to phi phi island and stayed there until 2PM. Then to our last island which took around 45 Minutes, there we just chill around or you can go swimming if you want, we have around 1 hour time here. Then another 20 mins to head back to the jetty.

THIS WAS THE BEST TRIP EVER! Our guide was Roy and his Yatch 10 team. Breakfast: biscuits, toast, tea was served at the boat ramp pier. Roy briefed us on the itinerary before we set off.
The ride was rocky, so bring seasickness pills if needed. But the guides made it so fun playing pop songs, singing, dancing, and even taking song requests from us!
Snorkeling was incredible. Swimmers saw tons of beautiful fish with about an hour for the first session. Non-swimmers are totally safe life jackets are mandatory, and guides stay with you the whole time. I can't swim, but one guide helped me move around, do snorkeling, and see all the fishes. They even recorded my friends underwater. They're the sweetest!
Lunch buffet had halal options, great for Muslims. After lunch, we had a second snorkeling session at a new spot. They served watermelon, pineapple, and even Magnum ice cream at the end. Truly unforgettable!

Overall, it was very good. The arrangements were smooth, and staff members were available to coordinate and assist with every part of the experience. The staff were also very enthusiastic and friendly. Everything went smoothly, except for the long wait times for the rolling attractions. The only area for improvement would be the return transportation arrangements. The shuttle departure times are fixed every two hours. For example, we were originally scheduled for a 2:30 PM return, but if there's a delay for any reason and you miss the 2:30 PM shuttle, you have to wait for the next one at 4:30 PM. This means a very long wait. As a result, we felt a bit rushed trying to catch our return shuttle that day. I suggest making the shuttle schedule more flexible, especially since the park uses small vehicles and doesn't need to transport a large number of passengers at once.

Great experience at the park. The park was clean and managed efficiently. The slides were a lot of fun and suitable for adults and young children. Especially enjoyed the relaxing pools with bars for refreshments. You receive a wistband that can be used to open lockers and and add funds for buying food and drinks. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Thoroughly recommend for a day trip.

we were team of Miss Lea by PNT Company. she was a perfect person and the others in the boat is the same. their life jackets are so New and clean, their fast boat is stable while moving. ticket was 660 baht/person and service was really good according to price. they give some cake, fruits and water free. we had enjoyable time. thank you Lea and the team🙋🏽♀️

The experience was wonderful! We got to enjoy the stunning beauty of Racha and Coral Islands, with their crystal-clear, unpolluted blue waters. Safety was a top priority throughout the trip, and the instructors were attentive and professional, making me feel well looked after at all times. Our tour guide, Leo, was fun, engaging, and caring, keeping everyone entertained while ensuring we had a memorable experience. He truly made the whole trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

An amazing experience!! This was my first time interacting with elephants, and it exceeded my expectations. I learned so much from the director, who was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate. I left feeling confident that the elephants are well cared for and treated with respect.
The staff was so friendly and even took photos on my phone for me, and they also provided professional photos free of charge, which was such a nice bonus. I chose the feeding and bathing experience, and it was definitely the highlight of my trip, it was so much fun!
If you're visiting Thailand, I highly recommend adding this to your itinerary. It's an unforgettable experience!

Nice experience and great performance. Fancy stage backdrop. Various songs of different languages and costumes were very bright and nice. professional performers. Highly recommended and must watch in Puket.
