I practiced with Klook's staff member Charley regarding tours to Changbai Mountain. The dates didn't work out, but he even helped me find a travel agency to arrange a personal itinerary. I'm so grateful! The travel agency and driver provided excellent service, and the 4-day trip was very safe and comfortable. Thank you. I will definitely recommend this tour to any friends who want to go.

We had a memorable lunch at Hongmen Yuyan! It is located in the Chinese Baroque Street and is a short walk away from Chinese-baroque Block Metro Station (Line 3). We opted for the VIP Lunch (without cosplay) and were assigned seats in the middle of the aisle. The pre-lunch games and NPC-interactions were fun and entertaining, though you'd need to have a good command of Mandarin to understand them. The performances were eye-catching and the choreography was well planned. The food is acceptable and the sweet items were more delicous than the savoury items - do note that the food served will not necessarily match the Klook menu so one should be mindful about any religous food restrictions/allergens. I appreciate that a short birthday segment was arranged for my father at a very short notice - I informed one of the female staff only upon arrival since I booked through Klook and did not know how to contact the restaurant directly. Overall, the experience is value-for-money and recommended!!

I had a memorable experience at Polar Park. The place is beautiful, clean, and organized. The animals are cute, and there are several interesting animal shows. The cutest is the penguin show. Polar Park is truly a perfect vacation spot for families and children. Buying on Klook is very easy; you can buy it on Klook in less than a day. The price is competitive, and just show the QR code to the staff to enter the Polar Park.

A perfect autumn day trip in Harbin! In the morning, St. Sophia Cathedral is stunning, with yellow leaves accentuating its Byzantine green domes and pigeons circling above – every snapshot is postcard-worthy. Stepping inside, the sunlight streaming through the stained-glass windows is breathtaking. In the afternoon, stroll along Central Street, feeling the history beneath your feet on the cobblestone pavement, with a gentle autumn breeze on your face. Don't miss the iconic Madier ice cream, so creamy and rich! And grab a Qiulin sausage with Kvass – the perfect combo. The European-style buildings lining the street are incredibly romantic under the golden plane trees. This itinerary perfectly combines Harbin's exotic charm with the romance of autumn. The pace is relaxed and unhurried, making for a truly fulfilling experience! Highly recommend it to anyone visiting in the fall.

Most of the time was spent traveling to destinations (because China itself is a large country), but I spent each day meaningfully, and the schedule started around 7-8 AM and ended around 4-5 PM, so free travel was also possible. Although I am a foreigner who is not fluent in Chinese, everyone kindly explained things again and showed patience and consideration.

My 3-day trip to Snow Village & Yabuli was truly memorable. This tour is specifically for a Chinese-speaking guide/driver, but I was able to use a translation app. You have to be patient and pay attention to the driver/guide's instructions. However, the snow-snowing experience at Snow Village and Skywalking in Yabuli is unforgettable. The transportation was good, and it looked brand new. The driver was very kind and patient. The hotel in Snow Village was clean and had heating in the room. In Yabuli, I got a four-star hotel. I recommend purchasing this tour through Klook.

Visited on early November, considered low season and less crowded on the attractions.
Some places are still not operating but tour guide provide alternative plan for us, else refund partially to us.
Free upgrade to comfortable 6 seater car and our tour guide been helping /guiding us all the time. In other terms, very flexible and accommodating our request everytime. He also a funny and cheerful guy - Mr Xue.
Food is nice, service is warm, accomodation is good and convenient to many shops /eateries.
Definitely recommended and they deserve 5 star rating!
