Great 4.0
Great location, but some of the facilities are a bit outdated. We stayed in room 1404 and noticed a significant issue with the toilet seat. It's unbelievable that the hotel didn't replace it. After the first day, the shower gel wasn't replenished when the room was cleaned, so we had to use soap to shower on the second day. However, this was resolved after we brought it to their attention.

Fantastic 5.0
Fantastic! self check in was a breeze! tons of working and charging areas. was in transit so the charging areas were important. Bed was the most comfortable on my trip. High end bathroom fittings. Great price! the only thing which could be better was a drinking water source than the sink tap in the room

Fantastic 5.0
Place is very clean, spacious, comfortable to stay in. Very near Hollywood Blvd and the metro. Stayed here and easy access to Universal Studios. Would also recommend getting Mr Ifti (partner of hotel) for transport needs. He provides great service from airport to other parts of the city, he also has a city tour that you can customize.

Great 4.0
Transportation: Very convenient in the city center. Service: Very convenient shuttle service for short distances. Breakfast: No buffet breakfast, you need to order and pay extra, about US$35. Cleanliness: Overall clean, standard.

Fantastic 5.0
Breakfast: I used the 24-hour free hot and cold water dispenser near the elevator in front of my room to prepare cup ramen I brought from Japan. Transportation: Union Station is a 6-minute walk from the hotel, and from there I was able to take the free shuttle bus to and from Dodger Stadium. When returning to my home country, I took a shuttle bus from Union Station to Los Angeles International Airport for about 2000 yen per person. Cleanliness: The building feels old, but it's not a problem at all for staying. The rooms, washroom, and bathroom are all cleaned well.
