As mentioned above, this year marks the return of the well-loved Christmas Parade right down Main Street. Throughout the whole holiday season, expect to see the “A Christmas Fantasy Parade” marching down its traditional route: from “it’s a small world” to Main Street. Keep your eyes peeled for your favorite Disney characters, snowmen, gingerbread men, and Santa dancing along to a beautiful mashed-up blend of Disney and Christmas classics.

Disneyland is also celebrating something special this year: Haunted Mansion’s 20th anniversary! To commemorate the feat, the iconic attraction turns into a Gingerbread “Franken-house,” where every nook and cranny pays tribute to a specific past Haunted Mansion theme. If you missed celebrating Halloween, this is your chance to continue the fun since the attraction will be open through January 9!

If you’re planning to visit “it’s a small world Holiday,” we recommend you do it at night when you can fully enjoy the Christmas lights and small projections that light up the area. The classic ride is also filled with cheery holiday tunes you can sing along to!
One of the newest attractions at Disneyland this Christmas is the exclusive after-hours party called "Disney Merriest Nites"! On six select nights this November to December, join your favorite Disney characters like Mickey Mouse, Princess Tiana, Miguel from Coco, Elsa, Buzz Lightyear, and Lilo & Stitch as they throw their own Christmas party. We encourage you to dress up according to the theme of your party so you can celebrate the holiday season the best way possible!
