guide was really friendly and approachable, the tour did feel slightly rushed but my friend and i really enjoyed the experience with the activities included, just wish there was more time allocated to some parts of the itinerary

I practiced with Klook's staff member Charley regarding tours to Changbai Mountain. The dates didn't work out, but he even helped me find a travel agency to arrange a personal itinerary. I'm so grateful! The travel agency and driver provided excellent service, and the 4-day trip was very safe and comfortable. Thank you. nice friendly tour guide and driver . itinerary abit rushing but tour guide n driver able to cope it well . wishing the itinerary will be more properly plan mayb not to plan so many activities cos many changes due to unexpected weather changes . other than that its a nice lovely holiday for the whole family to enjoy .

Traveling with seniors, this is a small group, not a large bus tour, which is very commendable 👍. The tour guide, Sister Li Li, is very professional and also took us to experience a Mohe bar (not included in the itinerary, tour guide Sister Li Li took our group members there 😁). The itinerary includes all the attractions that should be visited. It's just a bit tiring to sit in the hard sleeper of the green train. If you can buy a soft sleeper, pay extra to buy a soft sleeper 🤣. Overall, it's worth experiencing 👍.

Harbin – Yabuli – China Snow Town: A Trip We Will Never Forget
Our journey to Harbin, Yabuli, and China Snow Town was truly magical. The snow-covered scenery was breathtaking, and Snow Town felt like a fairytale.
What made this trip unforgettable was the people. In Yabuli, I accidentally left my daughter’s Apple Watch in the pocket of a rented ski outfit. I was very worried, but our tour guide 張大漂亮 immediately stepped in, personally accompanying us back to the rental shop and coordinating patiently with the staff until it was resolved.
Thankfully, we retrieved the Apple Watch 🙏 The rental staff were honest, kind, and very accommodating.
A heartfelt thank you to our amazing tour guide 張大漂亮 ❤️ Your kindness and dedication went far beyond your role and turned a stressful moment into a memory we will always treasure. Thank you as well to our driver for keeping us safe and comfortable. Truly grateful and highly recommended. ❤️❤️❤️

Visited on early November, considered low season and less crowded on the attractions.
Some places are still not operating but tour guide provide alternative plan for us, else refund partially to us.
Free upgrade to comfortable 6 seater car and our tour guide been helping /guiding us all the time. In other terms, very flexible and accommodating our request everytime. He also a funny and cheerful guy - Mr Xue.
Food is nice, service is warm, accomodation is good and convenient to many shops /eateries.
Definitely recommended and they deserve 5 star rating!

My 3-day trip to Snow Village & Yabuli was truly memorable. This tour is specifically for a Chinese-speaking guide/driver, but I was able to use a translation app. You have to be patient and pay attention to the driver/guide's instructions. However, the snow-snowing experience at Snow Village and Skywalking in Yabuli is unforgettable. The transportation was good, and it looked brand new. The driver was very kind and patient. The hotel in Snow Village was clean and had heating in the room. In Yabuli, I got a four-star hotel. I recommend purchasing this tour through Klook.
