Have a good experience for the day trip to Takayama and Shiragawaz. Tour guide, Xiao qi (Sai) is good, she will WhatsApp all the information of the places, meet up location and what to do or buy or eat at the places. it wil be better if we have more time at Takayama. 2 hrs is too short. will definely need more time.

The guide will take us to Takayama old town and Shirakawago as stated in the details. Everything is on time as scheduled. He was incredibly fun, engaging, and made the entire journey enjoyable from start to finish. On the way to our destination, he kept us entertained with trivia and little games, so the long ride never felt dull. He constantly checked in on us to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Since we’re first-timers, he also gave us highly recommended spots to visit, complete with maps and tips that made our trip so much smoother. The tour departs on time. Strolling the Takayama street is enjoyable. We have great fun, especially at Shirakawa. We are very lucky to see snow there. Our guide, Eiichi, is very humorous and takes care of us. He takes nice photos for us too!
our tour guide was eichii, he explained well the must go places in takayama and shirakawago. updated us on whatsapp with maps and call times. he also gave a lot tips not only about takayama and shirakawago but also places to visit and eat in nagoya. the 2hrs stop per area was a bit tight but manageable if you are able to strategize your route well. alo other tours would only have 1.5hrs so this is already better.
must go, must go ! first stop a bit rush, 2 hours stopover for lunch + photo taking, second stop which is Shirakawago was fantastic. up hill maybe too challenging for elderly, but still have plenty to see with the village. The tour accompanied by humorous tour guide Lin (young boy) who did some explanation on history and food recommendation, Overall the trip is great.

The itinerary may be adjusted or shortened depending on actual conditions. It is recommended not to book dinner, flights, or Shinkansen (bullet train) tickets and to bring light snacks and portable chargers. We apologize for any inconvenience.

- If the number of participants does not meet the minimum group size, the tour will be canceled, and a cancellation email will be sent 1 day prior to departure.
