What to expect
Students are expected to have ski gears and lift tickets ready prior to the lesson starting time. The first part of any lesson will starts with stretching. Especially beginners will use muscles that they rarely use a lot. So we highly recommend students to follow the stretching part seriously. Then the instructor will go over basic skills of skiing.
Students will try the basic skills on the groud for a while. Then the instructor will take one of the students up the mountain. (take the lift) Don't forget. For the safety reason, the instructor will take only one student at a time. But don't worry. Usually after one ride, the student can ski down on his/her own. So next time the instructor can go up with 2 students. Before the class ends, the instructor will take pictures and videos

Michael and Erica are great instructors. 1st time night skiing and very nervous but they are really friendly and easy to follow lesson throughout. we managed to go down the slope at least 5x. we confident enough to go down ourselves now. super fun session. 👍🏼guys
we had a patient instructor assogned to us. she is able to managed my grumpy kid for the 9am class. need to purchase and get ready ski equipment, helmet and lift pass fron the ticketing counter (facing the slope) before the class. present ur holiday inn room card to get 30% discount.

our coach Michael is a very gentle and patient teacher who speaks fluent English, his teaching is great and my son who is a newbie to snowboard managed to do toe side after only two classes with him. Micheal taught in details and demonstrated clearly during the classes, he also offered very good advice on where we could tour around at our own time. it is a very great and fabulous experience and I strongly recommend it to everyone.
Had a great experience with the private ski lesson booked through Klook! Tyson, my instructor was very patient, friendly, and explained the basics clearly, which made it perfect for beginners like us. We felt comfortable and safe throughout the lesson and were able to improve a lot in a short time. Everything was well organized and smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend this if it’s your first time skiing

Our snowboarding lesson with Michael was very helpful and informative. He was very kind and patient as he gave easy to follow instructions. He had us from hardly standing to using the slope comfortably in one lesson, and helped us take amazing photos of the experience

Really enjoyed the experience with Michael. I had just finished a large group skiing lesson and we learnt practically nothing. I certainly wouldn't call skiing, more like 'experiencing' skiing (aka the instructor moves you rather than you move yourself). It was already 8pm and we were only going to be on the ski resort for a further day, so was quite desperate! So glad I came across this ad and don't regret it. Michael replied within 10 minutes (even though it was nearly 8pm), was friendly and issued clear instructions about preparing gear for the next day. During the lesson, he was patient, friendly and gave very good corrective feedback. Even though I won't be a professional skiier or conquer the expert slopes any time soon, at least I can move (and stop!) on my own! And I have videos and photos to prove it :)
